Rather than putting the family at ease, the dispatcher was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive and ruined the ride for the family. I later spoke with the manager & owner, thinking they would make it right, but instead, they made excuses and dismissed the complaints & concerns as "things that happen". The fact that this company puts themselves first before their customers and makes excuses for their own actions, speaks volumes about their lack of customer service & satisfaction. I don't like writing reviews like this one, however, its' not only well deserved, but I also feel a moral obligation at this point to save others from using their services. If you find this review, I hope you are simply in the process of doing your due diligence and researching these folks you're contemplating doing business with. In short, be forewarned and don't let this review be an "I told you so". I manage a space in in D.C., in which one of the members was hosting an event. In an attempt to lure folks to the event, the member hired Regal Limousine to provide a classic car to sit outside as an added aesthetic. A day or two after the event took place, a member of my staff noticed an important item missing from the front desk. Together, we proceeded to retrace the camera footage from that night and happened to recognize the individual that scooped up this item; hiding it directly under her coat and briskly walking out the front door after peering around to ensure no one noticed her theft. It was undeniably the representative from Regal Limousine. Being as gracious as we could, we reached out to her supervisor (I believe him to be the owner) and did not incriminate her right away. We simply relayed the message that if the representative did "accidentally" scoop something up, she should return it to our building. No harm, no foul. However, (consistent with other reviews) both the supervisor and the representative flat out denied theft of any sort and even got defensively angry when we graciously reached out for this item back. At that point, we had no choice other than to play hardball and send the incriminating video footage of this individual blatantly stealing items from the property. Guess what? This representative denied it a second time! After having a good laugh about this and nearly two hours later, the representative from Regal Limousine magically "found" the item in her belongings. POOF! Just like that, it had magically appeared amongst her things and she was shipping it back to our building. Problem solved for us! But, word of advice to the owner/acting manager: If a representing employee of your organization is caught red handed in a theft (WHILE on company time mind you) just apologize next time and ensure it won't happen again. All we expected was our item returned and a quick apology owning that your employee, in fact, acted moronically and untruthfully, reflecting a lack of integrity on Regal Limousine. If you had issued an apology, I wouldn't even care to write this, but, you didn't. You acted like an asshole instead. Has anyone ever mentioned you are an asshole previously? Seriously, you should look into that. I'm also guessing this isn't the first incident you've had related to things of this nature, given the other reviews I've read. So, I am actively steering others away from you and yes, I'm being pretty harsh but it's probably about time someone was. Regal Limousine possesses an overwhelming lack of professionalism and customer service and for that, I strongly urge everyone to avoid them. Thanks!

I submitted several requests for estimates and Farzad got back to me very quickly. I was surprised that his quote for pick-up and drop-off was significantly lower than every other quote (including Uber XL) I recieved -- so honestly I wasn't sure what to expect. I paid the reservation fee and provided him with our pick-up address. He arrived a little before pick-up time and was patient as all of our group got out of the house. The entire time he was friendly and accomodating. I loved how comfortable his car was and he even let the person in the front seat plug his phone in to choose the music. At the end of the concert the parking lot was a disaster and we communicated on the phone until we found eachother. I feel like a lot of other drivers would have been irritated, but when we met up he still had a smile on. Their prices are also much more affordable compared to other area vendors. Besides being punctual and professional, our driver was also helpful in that he offered suggestions on when the bride should enter (last) and exit the limo (first) to make things easier. He was polite and courteous and we enjoyed his company, though he didn't talk much during the ride, which is actually rather nice. I, personally, was too nervous to chitchat and a quieter driver also seems less intrusive, as the ride for a bridal party can also be a great time for decompressing and bonding. We used a 24 passenger bus to go downtown in between the wedding and reception and the driver was very friendly and knew the area, so we had no issues getting around town. At the end of the night, we left in a town car, which was driven by the owner. The company is named after his daughters and he was so nice. We will definintely use his services again in the future and will recommend him to all our our family and friends. The service was timely, clean, and well priced.
