Did they have the item in stock. Yes they did. I come in with the prescription. Oh no! They need the little blue state of NJ script, not the 8 1/2" x 11" my doctor typically sends for this type of thing. I figure ok, let me call the doctors office and have them re-write it. They can't b/c my doctor is away. The nurse got on the line and said this has never been a problem can she speak to the clerk? Sure. They get into a heated exchange. The clerk hangs up on the nurse telling me that I can deal with this myself because she is not going to be treated like that. I said ok but where does that leave me now? She said I don't know talk to your doctor. I call the nurse back she said that she was trying to explain everything to the clerk their reasoning and that she can't get ahold of my doctor until next week and therefore I'm without a scooter. The clerk wouldn't let her. So meanwhile I wasted 1 1/2 hours. My real problem is with the clerk who threw up her hands and said "not my problem". Avoid this place folks and go where they care about you.

On New Year's Eve I had bronchitis it was 5 minutes after Franklyn Pharmacy had closed. But when I called, the pharmacist picked up. He said he would stay open until I could get there to pick up my prescription. You find big brand pharmacies doing that. I have a prescription for migraines that warehouses often run out of. They always track it down for me. I bought an elbow brace there and then wanted one for my other elbow. They had it in the store the next day. Because they are smaller, they make their own purchasing decisions. They don't have to go through layers of red tape or through corporate to get things in. The people that work there are friendly, know me by name, but respect my privacy. Whenever I call, a person picks up, not an automated voice mail system. They also have a pretty good greeting card selection so it's a good place to go when you need to pick out a card for occasions. Plenty of free parking in their parking lot. Really glad I switched to Franklyn Pharmacy, only wish I'd done it sooner.

This place is off the main path in an industrial area and the repair shop is very small. However,…read moredon't be put off by the appearance as the customer service is top notch. Owned by a man, Mr. Peters, who knows his medical equipment I was able to get my father's wheelchair repaired in one week. Most of that time was spent waiting for the replacement part. We chose to take the chair to his store but for an additional fee he can travel to your residence to make the necessary repairs. The fee was reasonable given replacement parts are priced by corporate robber barons but so worth it to avoid the purchase of a new chair. I highly recommend this repair shop. And to be clear, I never met or heard about this place until I researched online.
