My 90 year old mother was released from the hospital after being very, very sick with sepsis. Long story short, she is not strong enough to get up and go to the toilet, and as she had used the Purewick in the hospital, I was intent on getting her one for home, as the adult diapers were not able to contain the...well, you get it! Someone told me that Broadway Medical had these, I called and Rob could not have been more helpful, understanding or kind. He held the machine for me, and within and hour, I was home with the Purewick! I can't say enough how kind and helpful Rob and his assistant Krystal were! They will help submit the medical documents to Medicare, another thing I dreaded doing! This is an OUTSTANDING business, local, and I only hope this review (and my previous review) encourage you to head there for all of your medical device needs!!!

    What can I say? It would have started off as a five star, but I think Rob may be bipolar. He was…read morenice and accommodating when he was selling us a very expensive Med Mizer bed. As soon as we bought it, he moved on to his next customer. The installers were great. However, our experience with Rob was like going to bed with Sleeping Beauty and waking up to the Wicked Witch of the West. I got a bed extender from an online store because my husband was uncomfortable. I didn't know at the time that according to Rob, this was a mortal sin because HE sold the bed and we should have gone to him. It's bad enough having to deal with a loved one with ALS, but to be yelled at by this saprophyte didn't help matters at all. i was unaware that I wasn't allowed to get parts anywhere else. I have enough going on in my life right now without being upset by this creep. I suggest you get this bed elsewhere and for less!     I came in today to print pictures of my cousin that is going to college in the next week. I came to…read morethis exact location at 3 PM. There was a long line, so I had to end up waiting to print my pictures. It then took 40 minutes for my pictures to download onto the computer, and then the entire request timed out on me.! decided to go home. Then, at 6:30 PM 1| decided to go back to the very same CVS. I sat there and reminisced about memories with my cousin as I cried in the CVS. I then got my ticket, and went shopping around the store to get tape and a card. I returned back to the photo kiosk, and my photos were not there. I had asked the woman working next to the kiosk when my photos will be done, and she said to check back in 10 minutes. I came back around 15 minutes later, and still no photos. I decided to ask somebody else that was walking around the store. She took my ticket from me and looked through the orders. It did not say my order was there. She told me that she didn't know what to do. Then, a man that was also working there comes over. He decides to check the printer from where my photos should have been coming out, and he realizes that there was no paper. At this point, I had spent around 40 minutes waiting for my photos to print. He then refills the paper, and I had asked him when my photos would be ready because I was waiting for about an hour at this point. He was then very rude with his interaction towards me, he did not apologize for how long I have been waiting, he had just simply said, "I don't know hopefully 10 minutes." I was shocked. I did not anticipate that this rude behavior would be used towards me, as I have been waiting in the store for an hour. He goes to the computer in which I attempted to print my pictures on, ano I see all of the pictures in the computer. The man then tells me that my pictures were not there, and that he was unable to print them out, as I was standing there, watching him look at all of my photos. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by this man. After, all I wanted was a Reese's Fast Break Bar. They did not have them. I was very upset, and hungry. I am very unhappy with my experience, I come to this CVS location, quite often, and I don't think I will be returning back for a while. I came home with no pictures, and wasted about 2 hours of my day. Not a sorry or anything.
