He knew I was pressed to get the trailer and the racks were arriving on a Friday. Unfortunately the racks arrived an hour before close that Friday. The owner called me immediately and said they had arrived. I had an hour and 30 min drive to York. The owner said he would wait up for me to arrive. Now, that is service!!!
