My wife was involved an a hit and run accident Our insurance company called M&O TOWING to come change a tire. After a 2 hour wait, 30 minutes longer then they said it would be, the driver arrived. He claimed he was given the wrong information and left. When I called the manager, he said the insurance company called and canceled the call as they didn't want to pay for it. He out and out lied to me. Do not use this company under any circumstances. I wish I could give 0 stars as this is the worse service I have ever had. I'm filing complaints with the insurance company, LA County and the Sherriff's department and Better Business Bureau. They should lose their business license. read more

These guys suck! Went through insurance on this and did not arrive in the time given because the driver "stopped by the yard to pick something up". Called to get status and the dispatcher sounded high as if he had no idea what was happening. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and would have been better off doing it myself. My car breaks down coming from Lancaster to los Ángels and I called a couple of towing services and because was late night they told me they can towing my vehicle until the next day and I call this towing company M&O and they respond and I only wait about 10 minutes and Oscar the driver when he arrives so polite and respectful and start talking making some yokes and when I realicéis I was already in front of my house he dropped my vehicle in my driveway so carefully and he said thank you and good night. read more

NO STARS AT ALL. Here's why: My mother got into a car accident around 2:30 PM, She was quoted 45 minutes to an hour for whatever reason even though the site of the crash is here in Palmdale. We called back and were quoted 15 to 20 minutes, our insurance called and they were quoted 5 minutes.. I just got off the phone with them AGAIN and they quoted me 5 minutes again, almost 30 minutes later. We waited, and still are waiting for the f**king tow truck at 5:08 PM. THATS RIDICULOUS. We don't want to be here, my mom certainly doesn't want to sit in her wrecked car, she wants to go home. We want to go home. Thank you M&O Towing for your mediocre service. Terrible customer service. They towed my car under Haggerty roadside assistance. They were supposed to tow it to the repair shop the next day. 5 days later it's still at their overnight storage and having to be moved because they're over charging Haggerty for the storage. Not a single call from them about why my car sat, I had to do all of the legwork. Now they're towing to my house for the weekend and it's been an hour past when they were supposed to be here. Haggerty followed up and was told "another 45 mins". Haggerty is probably dropping them from what I was told, so if your roadside assistance uses them tell them you want someone else. read more

Short Version: If USAA roadside assistance (or any other roadside assistance program) assigns you these guys, immediately call and ask for someone else. Take my word for it (and all the other terrible reviews). As for my story: Busted a couple tires and called USAA to have my car towed to the shop. ETA of about an hour and then got updates about every 15 minutes saying they were 15 minutes away for 3 hours. You can't be 15 minutes away when you are actually not going to show up for 2 more hours. The following day I was assigned M & O for a car unlock. Same exact thing happened. Another 2 hours after their ETA and we called USAA and asked for someone else who immediately came and talked about how terrible M & O is. M & O told us that USAA "let them know that we are not urgent and they could take another job first" which is a complete lie. The workers at M&O are fine, but their management is God-awful. Impossible to get hold of, and when you finally talk to them, they have no idea where their drivers are. I'm not one to complain about a lot of things, but I don't like being lied to multiple times in order to get some business from USAA. If you are 3 hours away, say you are 3 hours away. Don't tell me you are 15 minutes away every 15 minutes for 2 hours. read more

I was driving a U-haul that overheated and their roadside assistance called M&O Towing to come tow me to my destination. Once they accepted the tow, I got a phone call from Oscar, letting me know he was on the way from Lancaster and would be there as soon as he could. Oscar got there in about an hour, which is fine because I was about an hour away from the area where they are. When he got there, I told him that I had a lot of fragile items in the truck, and he assured me that he would do everything he could to be careful. He got the truck on the flatbed, and off we went. On the way, I asked Oscar what time he gets off of work, and he told me that he was supposed to get off about 45 minutes prior but he wanted to come help me because of the severity of my situation. With me being stuck in the middle of nowhere with a fully packed U-Haul, I appreciated that very much. He drove very carefully the whole time, was very courteous, funny, and personable. Once we got to the destination, he was very careful when taking the truck off the flatbed so as to not damage or scratch the driveway. When the truck came off the tow, I thanked him very much for his time and his help, said goodbye, and off he went. Now the moment of truth... I opened the back of the truck to assess the damage, and to my astonishment, the damage to the items that I had loaded into the truck was minimal. Can not thank Oscar and M&O towing enough for helping me. Having to get towed anywhere is never fun, but these guys respond fast, know what they're doing, and keep their word. I highly recommend using them for any and all towing needs you may have. read more

I called Allstate insurance to get a tow truck. Few mins after I get a call from an unknown caller then on the Allstate tracker says that the tow truck is here. No tow truck arrived on my location. I then called the tow truck company on the phone number provided from the app. A guy rudely answers and said when he calls I better answer because I'm the one requesting service. He then said the request will be cancelled. I'm guessing that towing company first calls customers before they leave to get a feeling of the scenario. Do not do business with this company. read more

I had an excellent experience. I got this company through State Farm and they showed up in a timely fashion. The tow truck driver was courteous and a pretty cool dude. I even gave the wrong address or something got lost in translation on the insurance system but it was no big deal he called me and got it sorted. I would definitely use again. read more

Their driver PaPa arrived on time and took excellent care of my Infiniti Q50S which I have a lot of time and money into. He actually went the "extra mile" to make sure that no damage was done to the car while being transferred on and off the flatbed and couldn't be more pleased with their service. Today 12/28/16 my family and I went up to Mount Wilson ( the 2 freeway) in two separate cars, once we were leaving the mountain one of the cars broke down on the side of the road all the way up the mountain so we had to drive all the way down with the working car to get cellphone signal to call our road side assistance. We called our roadside assistance and told us this towing confirmed and would arrive in an hour. We called at 5:00pm and they were confirmed to arrive at 5:45pm. It is now 8:00pm, we call the towing company again and they said they canceled our service 5 minutes after they confirmed because they don't service the area. Why the fuck could this piece of shit company not call us back or send another text that it was canceled so we can get another towing company to come help us! Worst fucken towing company! Then to top it off the lady who answers the phone decided to give us attitude when asked why was it canceled and why didn't we get a cancellation noticed. Pulled out of the store and boom... flat tire off the rim! Called Honda Care (kudos to Hanna) and M&O towing was sent to our rescue. Jose was there, done, and had us on the road in about 25 minutes. They took a joyride in my car..picked it up at 10 AM and were supposed to deliver it at 11am. It did not show up until 8pm with a dead battery that was not mine and parts stolen and replaced with broken ones. My inside of the car was ruined and items stolen from the glove box and center console. The police will be investigating and a lawsuit is filled. I ordered a tow through my insurance company to arrive at 8:30 am the next morning on the night before. The driver didn't arrive until 8:47 which was not a big deal. The driver calls my phone twice before fully pulling up. I may add I live in an area with bad reception. So he's out side my house turning around and I'm thinking he's positioning the truck, but no he's leaving. I wave him down and he cancels the tow, and tells me to call my insurance to get another one... i call immediately and it's reassigned to the same company. The tracker shows the driver left in route as of 7:17 and should have arrived by 7:45. I contacted then at 7:50, person said 15 minutes. The driver did not arrive until 8:18 Would not be my first choice for emergancy needs. read more

However we came to the conclusion that the car won't be even go on neutral or drive for him to get in on his tow truck. He went inside his car and "made a phone call." I called my insurance company (StateFarm) and asked for emergency roadside assistance because my car was not functioning. My car was not turning on at all so I was stuck with daughter and elderly parents in the heat. When I asked for a tow truck they gave me the approximate time of 45-50 minutes so I figured within an hour they would arrive. After the hour I called the tow truck company to see how far they were they told me the tow truck was on Ave M and they are located on L! A block away and they told me they would arrive within 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and then received a phone call from the tow truck company saying that the tow truck company was 15-20 minutes away!!!! So in total it has been 2 hours since the initial call to the insurance to ask for roadside assistance from this towing company! Horrible service and I will be contacting my insurance company as well to let them know of this service! read more

Beware being taken advantage of by this business. They wanted to charge $100 more out my pocket, than what my insurance had initially agreed with them, plus my insurance's deductible. When I asked why they were charging more when we were less than 20 miles away, the guy became aggressive and disrespectful. I cancelled and next business charged me less than what my insurance deductible was, so I paid nothing. Taking advantage of those in need is a disgrace. Shame on this business. read more
