My car is a birthday gift and had it's first crash. The passenger door wouldn't open with out a loud screeching sound which killed me ever time. Sam was professional and quick I told him my situation and he was a stand up guy and got my baby back to me. Way before the time span I gave him. Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy! Here is what happened. They offer free quotes which means they will evaluate the work that is needed and recommend repairs. (we will touch on this later as I was charged) I personally took my car to them to get an estimate for a repair due to a collision that ended in my transmission being broken as in the metal being cracked. They were suppose to call me and give me updates. Well that didn't happen I was the one calling to get updates, and the times they called was to return my calls. Long story short every time I called I was told they didn't know when they can get parts! What kind of answer is this? This went on for 16 days. Here is when everything went down hill. This is the car my family used to run errands and pick up/drop off our kids from school. We did not have another car. So we had a rental while this was suppose to get repaired. After 16 days of me calling and they telling me that they didn't know when they would get parts. I made the recommendation of perhaps getting a low mileage used replacement part. At that point they said the could do it but it was going to cost more and maybe a week or more to get the used parts and get the repairs done. How am I paying more for a used part vs a new one? That makes no sense to me, maybe it does to someone else but not me. All this time I looked online called other shops and myself included could get a transmission in no longer than 3 days! I made the mistake of choosing the dealer as I thought they have easy fast access to factory parts, I was so wrong! Anyone can get a transmission online in no time even from other shops and the dealer online but apparently this shop can't find them. I'm not sure what their deal was other than milking me for storage fees or the rental car fees located at their dealer. I decided to pick up my car, I couldn't deal with this. So I didn't agree to their repairs. When I got there they wanted to charge a 15 day storage fee of $1050! Keep in mind I'm also paying for a rental car. If it was up to me I would have ordered the parts on day one. The reason why the car sat there for so long was due to their own fault of not being able to get parts. I had nothing to do with this! However they wanted to charge. I complaint as I was never given any options until I made the recommendation myself! Why not tell me on day one that they could get a used one? It gets worse, I told them I didn't agree with the charges so they decided to give me a deal and only charge me $800. To me this was no deal but my money being stolen! At this point I was frustrated so I paid them. So them they bring paper work that they wanted me to sign. I refused to sign and asked to give me my car and keys so I could be on my way. I was told unless I signed they would not release my car! My car was being held hostage and in my books being stolen at this point. I know my rights and they can't make me sign anything I don't want to sign. I ended up calling the cops as they were keeping a car they had no right to keep and it was not theirs! After speaking to the manager and telling him that I had the legal right not to sign anything and didn't owe them any money, if they didn't give me the car it would become stolen property. He finally gave me my keys to my property. I had a really bad experience I do not wish on anyone. I have the paper work to prove when I drop off the car, when I was sent paper work for a use part etc. If anyone cares at this company, and you are reading this. The right thing to do is to refund my money. No work was done! I was basically given an estimate that took 16 days to produce and was charged for a quote that is advertised as free! Plus I ended up paying for more than I was suppose to on a rental car. I would never recommend buying anything from this place or having any repairs done. read more

I have brought many cars to them from my GMC DENALI to my Pontiac GTO and my MAZERATI quatroporte , E63 AMG Mercedes Benz and other AMG'S I have owned over the years . The work is always perfect and if there is an issue they promptly fix it to my satisfaction. I had brought my suburban to them many , many years ago to have a rear bumper repaired. The job was very bad and I was not happy but I ended up there again and a new manager was there. His name is Saby and I explained I did not want them to repair my car and told him about my suburban many years ago before he was there. He told me to bring it in and he repainted it for no cost. Every since than I have brought all of my cars to him. He doesn't let a client leave until they are happy and I trust them with even my more expensive vehicles. All of the people that work for him are also great. He is always there when you need him. Having a repair shop you can trust to do a great job and not charge you more than you should be paying is hard to find. So if anyone ask me I always tell them to go to this repair shop. I have referred over 20 people over the years and everyone has been happy. I know you will be too. read more

I finally got my bumper painted. I had been looking for a good body shop to paint my bumper for a reasonable price & was recommended to go to Auto Mall Collision by a friend who has brought all of their cars here for repairs. I was greeted warmly and felt very comfortable leaving my car with them. They made sure they followed COVID guidelines (which I really loved) & informed me of exactly what was going to be done. I scraped my paint on my bumper off to the black underneath it and now it's like it was never there. The painters did an excellent job & Saby made sure to call me to keep me updated. I would save my first trip to Rally was 3 1/2 or four stars. But they do fast work and they are near my house so I decided to go back a second time. Big mistake on my original estimate they do you have that they were going to do hoodwork but for some reason they decided not to complete the hood work and today told me that it was not part of the original damage to my car. I've spoke to my insurance company and my insurance company said that they will be more than happy to fix it for me since my insurance company called them. I am so disgusted with them I would rather drive around with the damage then take my car back to have it fixed. Chris is just incompetent. He has no answers for anything. When I ask him something he just shrugged his shoulders. I kept looking for the person with their hand up his ass so I can maybe speak directly to whoever was trying to feed him answers but I couldn't find that person either. It's pretty much started yesterday at four when I got a call from enterprise telling me that by five I would be paying for my rental car. When I got to enterprise the woman told me that my buddy Shop had called and told her I needed to turn my car back in. She said she asked him if they had relayed this message to the customer and they said no you can call her. It completely took me by surprise since I had spoken to Chris at 10 AM yesterday when I got a text saying my car would be ready. When I called back Chris said that my car would be ready by five and I told him that I work from two to midnight. And the soonest I can get my car would be 8 AM the next day and he said no problem. When I called my insurance company to complain they told me that Chris had completed the work by 2 PM and that I was responsible for planning my day ahead of schedule. So I left work early to drop off a rental car and pick up my car. I probably could forgive everything that happened yesterday except for with all that has happened now.... Still haven't been back to get the hood straightened out. I just can't believe that anyone who would put a front end together wouldn't think to align the whole front end when they are done. read more

Unfortunately I have had to use Auto mall Collision multiple times. On the positive side they are amazing. Sabe has been an awesome help to me. Paid for a rental car even though my insurance won't. They work fast and always do a top notch job. Not a single problem, the car was ready fast and the work looks great. Can't believe It was even damaged. We recently needed repair and paint work done on our vehicle and were concerned about where to take it because we have had less than good results and relations with body shops in the past. A friend told us to take it to Auto Mall Collision, that they did good work. So we did. "As good as it gets!" does not describe how pleased we are with the folks at Auto Mall Collision. When repairs were finished and we picked up our vehicle it looked better than new. The paint matched perfect and it had been cleaned inside and out.
