I came here due to a recommendation but I have not had a pleasant experience. After presenting my tax case, I needed to get my 2016 return amended, they quoted me a price that was roughly half of previous quotes. I was happy to hear that but I've also learned that there was a reason for that. I paid to get my tax amended by Lulu only to have to go back and forth with IRS for the last 8 months because so many things were done wrong in my amendment, including wrong address and wrong SS. How do you get some of these very basic things wrong? Other than not being very professional, I can't think of any reason why they would enter my wrong SS and address. It's taken me 8 months to find out that I'll just have to have someone redo the amendment because of their multiple mistakes. THE ONLY REASON I CAME HERE WAS BECAUSE OF A RECOMMENDATION BUT THEY DO NOT GET MY RECOMMENDATION.
