The leather in my car on my center console lid had been cracking for quite some time and I was stressed about it. My husband located this business and sent me here to get it fixed. I had my daughter with me who I believe was about 1.5 years old at the time, so she was obsessed with walking around and getting in to things. This made it a little challenging for me to discuss everything i needed, but everyone who helped me was super patient with me and very sweet to my daughter as well. I was worried I would have to leave my car here which is my main mom mobile, but they were able to send someone out to pop off the lid safely without damaging anything and keep that to reupholster rather than needing my car for an extended period. It took about a week total. When I went back out, I was so impressed with the quality of work and it looked even better than the original leather did! Before I could ask him when he could do it, he said brink itt in at 8:00 in the morning. So it dropped it off at 8:30 and he called me at 1:45 saying it was done. Well I was more than pleased with the work and color match, it looked identical to the seat back. Since my pickup was was an LTZ the seat is perforated for the heating and air. It looked identical to what was there. As I had, it recovered with leather as it was before it wasn't cheap, but in today's time with the cost of everything, I thought it was reasonable. All the electric seat functions worked so he didn't mess up anything to do with the electrical.

Initially, I was impressed by the owner's demeanor, and being referred by a good friend, I had a greater level of trust in the work. The main issue was a noticeable water stain from a leak that needed to be addressed. He only noticed the stain after completing the work and said it was too hot to work on it at that moment, promising to return on another day to ensure its removal. Unfortunately, despite his assurances, the stain remained untouched. When I followed up with him, his response was far from professional. He insisted on being paid in advance before making any further attempts to remove the stain. To add to my frustration, he claimed that the stain was weeks or even months old, when in fact it was only six days old. This was particularly frustrating, as I had already paid for the service without seeing the final outcome, relying on his initial promise to finish the job. While the owner's friendliness is commendable, the quality and reliability of the service are highly questionable. I am left with a rug that still has the original water stain and a sense of regret for having trusted this company. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for thorough and dependable rug cleaning. $200 less with a water stain carpet on the floor.
