It was full of pine needles from hauling our Christmas tree the year before and a ton of dog hair, paw prints and nose smears from hauling two huskies around. I was up front about the condition of our truck, and Reflections was up front about their estimate, which was very fair considering the size of our vehicle and the amount of work I knew it would need. They were also extremely confident in their ability to bring it back to "brand new." They were able to get me in next day, and Hamdan's team worked on it ALL DAY. In fact, Hamdan was personally working on the finishing touches when we picked it up...an hour after closing. We were completely BLOWN AWAY by the results. The entire inside of our truck did in fact look brand new. Every inch of the interior was spotless, including the glove box and the center console! There was not one piece of husky hair in the entire truck, and if you've even seen a picture of a husky you should understand how incredible that is. I don't know if it was luck or my battered guardian angel that led me to Reflections, but I'm extremely glad I found them! They will forever be handling our detailing from here on out, and I will be recommending them to everyone!

When I got to the appointment, he told me they were behind due to weather and I wouldn't get my car back until very late in the day. Good customer service would have been conducted in a form of better communication and a phone call. I should've received a phone call and been told they are behind today and been given the option to proceed or not. He wasted my time and my friends. I need my car this afternoon and I had to cancel the appointment. I'm sure they do good work, but this was unacceptable. Do better with your communication.
