I found 4 Seasons Auto through a search project for 02 sensors problems on Yelp. I sent an inquiry requesting an inspection along with advice and JJ replied back almost immediately after I sent. I explained the problem and gave all the details. He was able to accommodate me the next day to assess my car. After work, I drove over to have the inspect my vehicle and he gave my car a thorough look over, then provided an explanation with solutions and came up with a (first) cost effective way to correct the problem. He and Clint were very thorough in explaining reasons and causes why the car was acting a fool. Problem one- they fixed. Then, problem two came about. Another trip back, again they explained and were able to fix immediately and even prepared me for a possible worst case scenario knowing that this was an emissions problem. I know he told me to come back after I had driven 80-100 miles but the fact that the engine had not come back on, I was so excited that I went to take an emissions and PASSED!! Multiple customers to the gas station came in to get food/drinks and I had to awkwardly get out of their way while I waited. They were also running behind so they couldn't get to my car for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.

I have been going to Ron for all my automotive needs for over 15 years. I have always had great…read moreservice and fair prices. Unfortunately, in the last 2 months I have had my car in 3 times. I brought it in because it was not accelerating/holding speed properly. I explained that I just bought another vehicle and didn't want to put too much $ into the car (it is a 2007 CRV). I asked him to check it over before doing any work to it to make sure it wasn't going to be "nickel & diming me". He did an oil change and tune up for $350.00 and said everything else looked good. A few weeks later we had it back in the shop because the coolant was leaking. It ended up being at the shop for several weeks and a $500.00 bill to replace a rusted heater pipe ($30.00 part) that required "extensive labor" to replace. The day after getting it back, the power steering went out. Another $300.00 dollars... I know it's an older car, and things go wrong, however, I trusted him in his professional experience to look over the car before doing any work. I would not have put the initial work into the car knowing it would have more issues after his thorough inspection. I am extremely displeased and will be looking for another garage for my future vehicle needs.

Now as for this business I have utilized their services for most of the past 8 years off and on. The most recent experience is that of a total brake job on my 2018 Chevy Cruze....this at almost 90k miles was overdue. The cost was steep, and it took a couple of visits to iron out the wrinkles. That was last year, fast forward to today... I had an appointment to check the car over for a 2000 mile trip in ten days. They found I had glazed over the ceramic brake pads by braking too lightly. This was happily repaired for no cost beyond the warranty period. The moral of the story is praise people for doing well and bite your tongue should you be momentarily upset.
