The initial visit was great. The post sale delivery is where they failed miserably. We couldn't verify the technology package because the radio security locked. We were told that it would be unlocked before we got the vehicle (which it wasn't). They had to replace the brakes but after delivery, the brake failure light came on our drive home. The shocks were bad and had to be replaced. To their credit, they did take care of the repair issues, but they did not take care of the issue of deceiving us about having the technology package on the vehicle. Without it, I wouldn't have purchased it but now I'm stuck because I trusted them. My advice would be to RUN from this place as it appears they don't do true inspection/repairs on their vehicle and will mislead you. Our salesperson was Dan and he seemed like a nice guy, but the end experience left a very bitter taste in our mouth. Very disappointing. I wish I never stepped foot on their lot, I hope you don't make the same mistake.
