Today my mom reported that a technician named David came to their house and in less than 5 minutes discovered that they did not understand how to light the pilot light. The gas logs are new to them. He helped them change the batteries to the remote and explained how to maintain the logs. Not only was he on time and polite, he didn't even charge them for the service call.
