I was told that the company would look into whether the gate could be installed and get back to me, but I never received a follow-up despite reaching out several times. I even offered to pull the permit myself if that would help move the project forward. While I understand that not every request can be accommodated, I would have appreciated a definitive answer and better communication regarding the gate. I wanted to have the same contractor complete the entire project rather than potentially bringing in another company to modify work that was already done. Overall, the fence looks great and the craftsmanship is excellent. My feedback is simply that communication and follow-through on additional customer requests could be improved.

Update as of 3/1/24:…read more One thing to keep in mind which I did not know; if you ever become a client of Zofe and ever need repairs for any reason they have a minimum baseline charge of $1,500. So basically, if your repairs are not even close to that number that is what you're paying at bare minimum. My story is: Recently I had some work done at my residence and I contacted Zofe Fence to come and quote me a repair. They never came out but communicated with me very professionally on the phone and then we moved the conversation to text messaging as most places do. This repair was only needed because due to some construction changes and not on Zofe's quality of work in 10/2021. I shared with them what I needed, pictures and they immediately told me their $1,500 minimum charge on repairs. Obviously, I said no because it did not make any sense. I was disappointed but their policy is their policy so I thought it was important to share with Yelp so you can make informed decisions. I guess I will find someone else to help me repair what I need or spend sometime on YouTube learning how to fix it myself.

I had to have a section of my fence removed to provide heavy equipment access during our pool construction. The job was too small for all the fence companies I called except for one, (unfortunately I don't remember the company that referred me to Truman Case " CASE FENCE COMPANY" When I called Truman he was professional and made an appointment to see me immediately (within the week) and gave me a fair estimate to do the work. 1/2 the money to take it down and the remainder when he came back to close it up. It was August 2021 when we opened up the fence, here it is June 2022 and I was just given the green light to close up the fence. I called Truman , he remembered me made an immediate appointment to come out, used the old fencing didn't come up with excuses to buy new materials or make up a scenario to charge more for the return visit. There was a 4"x4" that needed replacing because the pool contractor cleaned up the site and took it away. Other than that the price was the same as when he quoted me almost a year ago. I dd need to have two of my gates that provide access to the pool area to be self closing , which he did and again it was a very fair price. I Highly recommend CASE FENCE for any fencing job , but if you have a small job he's your man

This past weekend we had Solid Fencing come up from Pompano Beach to install our fence! THIS COMPANY HAS EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION! We signed a contract with them in the beginning of November and they installed it December 11th. (One day to install) They kept me up to date with everything.
