The BEST customer service I have ever received! I was stranded in Connecticut at 7:30pm with a flat tire and a spare that wasn't safe to drive all the way back to New York City. The owner of M&S Tire answered the phone himself and went out of his way to get me to his location and fix the punctured tire. I made it home that night because of him. The repair he did was so good I don't need to buy a new tire. I would drive the 80 miles back to M&S Tire just so I could give him my business - he was incredible! I highly recommend M&S if you need tires or a repair. read more

Marlon is a superhero. My buddy and I blew out a tire on a rental in the middle of the night and were striking out with Enterprises's roadside assistance . Being that it was Yale's graduation weekend, Enterprise's suggestion to book and room and swap out the car in the morning wasn't going to work. (No rooms or cars within the 50 miles our spare could safely take us...) That's when we saw M&S was open 24 hours. Marlon picked up and helped talk me through a safe and effective solution to get the vehicle off the side of the road and into a local diner parking lot so that he could swap out the spare for a full replacement. He confirmed that he had the correct tire in stock before we took off, and met us quickly to make the repair. He and his team are kind, thorough, and offer superior service. He took what could have been a terrible night and turned it around completely. While swapping out the tire, he also offered us suggestions for where to get fuel, food, and coffee. We can't recommend Marlon and this business enough! read more
