I had a wait 2 1/2 hours for them to finally arrive, from about 10 miles away. After they left the car at my house we noticed somethings missing from the car. I'm not 100% sure it was their drivers but I just wanted to post this in case other people run into the same situation.

State PD contacted Untouchable for the tow. Inspecting the area I could not see how the truck could be extracted without further damage to my fence. That being said....... I have to give Kudo's to Matthew, the tow "guy" who showed up with a Untouchable flatbed. Matthew inspected the situation and after hooking up the pick up from a couple differnt areas, artfully first pull the vehicle away from the fence then rehook and pull it away from the tree and onto the flatbed. I cannot speak for any other services that Untouchable but as for towing service (specifically Matthew), I had a 5 star experience and would recommend the service.

I requested roadside service from my insurance today at about 1:40 am to change a flat tire. It…read moretook about 20 minutes to get confirmed with a company. The ETA was 45-80 minutes. 75-78 minutes later the ETA said they'd be arriving soon and then it changed to 20 minutes. Once the 20 minutes were up, it changed to 35 minutes. I called and got no answer. Called again and was told that the ETA kept getting pushed back because of snow plows. Once again the ETA says it is arriving soon, and was then pushed back again. They sent a car out from Connecticut to the Bronx which is a just a little over 1.5 hours. I checked the traffic several times and saw that there were no delays despite them saying that there was traffic due to snow plows. My frustration comes from the 2 times where the ETA time reached a point where the arrival said it is arriving soon but instead the time kept getting pushed back. In total it took about 2.5 hours for the assistance to arrive. It that time would have been clear from the beginning I would have had a chance to call my insurance to schedule with someone else. It looks to me (from my experience and other reviews) like they accept all calls regardless of distance and mislead customers and insurance companies with ETA's to secure business. Absolutely horrible experience and I will be submitting a complaint with my insurance company.

I blew a tire on the highway during rush hour traffic. Subaru contacted another roadside company…read moreto assist with a tire change. Two hours passed and no ETA. I asked for a different company and they contacted CVM. The original estimate for arrival was 30-60 minutes but the driver, Vinny, was stuck in traffic. Vinny contacted me to let me know that he would be arriving outside of the estimated window so I new that someone was at least on the way. when Vinny arrived he was very professional and courteous. he apologized again for being late, changed my tire and continued to inspect my car for any other issues that may have occurred. he showed me the issue with my tire and also noticed my other front tire had the same issue. Because of Vinny I was able to bring my car back to the repair shop and get my car fixed under warranty. thank you so much Vinny!

Dylan answered the call with his flatbed wrecker and persisted (for an hour plus), despite the difficulty, until he was able to get the vehicle loaded. Yesterday I was faced with the same issue and this time JT answered the call. Once again, despite difficulty, he was able to load the vehicle.
