I don't get the hate heaped upon Bank of America (well...I kinda do.) Sure, they pay an insulting…read morepittence on savings and have upped fees for small depositors but so has every other money center bank in the country (the more government caps certain fees, banks just raise or invent others.) But generally, when I have a question they're professional and when I need cash, their network of ATM's is second to none and their online banking product has been nearly flawless for years. While I'm never going to buy into their Smartphone banking product ERICA for some very obvious security concerns and my reluctance to download my life into my easily lost or damaged phone... it is what it is. For now, the bank bores me with essential competence and that's probably a good thing. Four solid stars.
