My home banker who is out of state made a few calls to put me in contact with a financial advisor closer to where I live after my expressed interest in transferring the management of my portfolio to someone closer to my home. He found this location and had a discussion with Liliana Mayes who he then put in contact with me to set up a meeting to discuss whether there would be a fit between us and go on from there. After a few meetings and discussions I decided to proceed with the out of state transfer. Ms. Mayes is the most professional, knowledgeable financial advisor that I have ever done business with. Her professionalism is spot on. Now I've been a client of this location for a couple years and can also give complements to the Private Client banker at this location who is always knowledgeable and helpful with my banking needs. This location is top notch. When you arrive you are greeted by a Chase representative who offers you water or tea then welcomes you to sit in their comfortable, modern waiting area until your appointment begins with the respective Chase advisor or banker. Despite paying merchant processing fees more than 165% higher than the alternative we ultimately found, Wells Fargo abruptly terminated our credit card processing in the middle of a business day, even rejecting payments that had already been authorized. We had to contact customers and reprocess their payments through a new processor. The reason? An internal Wells Fargo audit found they had failed to collect required documentation when our account was originally opened. We promptly submitted every document they requested--weeks before the deadline--and received verbal and written confirmation from our local branch that everything had been received and uploaded. Yet Merchant Services later claimed they never received the documents and refused to communicate with our relationship manager, customer service, or local branch staff to resolve the issue. Instead, they canceled our account on the deadline. When we escalated the matter, the executive team said they would investigate and respond...within a month! For a business suddenly unable to accept credit card payments, that response was unacceptable. The silver lining is that this experience led us to a new payment processor with substantially lower fees, better technology, and excellent customer service. We were accepting payments again the next business day. We are now moving all of our business and personal banking relationships away from Wells Fargo. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Wells Fargo to any small business that depends on reliable payment processing and responsive customer support.

Worst bank ever. My dad was diagnosed with cancer and entered hospice quickly. He wrote us a check…read moreout of his account to have money to finish paying for funeral costs after his passing. Rosedale Federal denied the check (there were plenty of funds in there and the check was for less than $5,000. They called a few days later and said they needed to speak to him before they would accept the check. At that point, he had a breathing tube. His POA spoke to them and they wouldn't accept her response. So they said they could not accept the check and would not release funds. Fast forward to his death a few days later. We tried to go to the bank and they refused to even tell us the balance or use the check he had written. I had the death certificate which listed me as next of kin and we had his living will. They basically are stealing his money and preventing us from paying for his grave marker We had zero issues with his other banks but Rosedale is horrible and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

The Golden ring location is too small, there are only always TWO TELLERS WORKING, and there is always a LINE!!!! The parking lot is always congested . The staff is ALWAYS NICE & PROFESSIONAL !
