I asked if they made heart arrangements, I was told "No." After more conversation and saying what I was willing to spend, they suddenly made heart arrangements, in fact they made a few last night. The colors I was told weren't what I was looking for but I settled on one to be told it was suddenly unavailable. My last request was "could you make an all white heart arrangement?" The response was "no I don't have the form to have it ready today." Not even sure what that meant. My issue with this experience... whomever the female on the other end of the phone was had decided at hello I couldn't afford their flowers; you can't say you don't do something and suddenly remember you made that very thing not even 24 hours earlier; being a paying customer I shouldn't have to work within your constraints but I was willing to and still there was no give as if they were the ONLY option in town; and lastly I never said when I needed the arrangement so not sure why the assumption was NOW. At the end of the day my money apparently wasn't green enough. No worries I called M&W Florists. I ended up paying more for the arrangement but it was exactly what I was looking for and customer service was EXCELLENT. You need an excellent florist try M&W in Chatham.
