After several months, I noticed the tongue and groove on my eaves were not completely covered. I understand expansion and contraction. When I contacted Perry about the issue he seemed very willing to come back out to take care of it. I reached out to him after each time he ghosted me. I wanted to give him a favorable review, but I can't in good conscience. Very poor customer service, horrible follow up, and not recommended.

Then rescheduled for 4:00. 3 trips to the property for me in one day. Guess what I really do have better things to do. The bid was due the next day. No bid I called it was sent. I had a question on the bid. I called three days in a row trying to get an answer. I finally got it. I had also set an appointment to get a bid for my own house,. It was set for today at 2:00. They did. All and say he would be a bit late. Guess what. It is 8:00 no show. This is unacceptable. Deleting their number from my phone right now. Oh and they won't be getting the job they bid on.
