The first time, I called to see if they could push back my appointment, but the lady couldn't because she had an appointment right after mine, which is completely understandable. I was seen right when I walked in with no wait. However, my curls did not hold up for a few hours, so I was pretty disappointed since I paid $85 specifically for that. The second time I came in, it was a waiting game. I understand they were really busy since it was commencement weekend, but it seemed very unprofessional to not let me know how late they were running, especially since it was almost an hour. No one apologized or let me know I would be waiting more than just a few minutes. I rushed in because I did not want to be late and had I known I would be waiting 50 minutes, I probably would have stopped to eat or buy a drink before coming here. Anyways, I liked the makeup they did. It was exactly what I asked for. But the haircut was not. For reference, my hair was very long before, past my butt, and now it is barely below my shoulders. I kept reiterating that I did not want it short, and that is exactly what I got. I also wanted my hair in layers, and it is barely in two layers, not what I wanted unfortunately. Now I have to wait another two plus years to grow it out again. (Paid $252 this second time) I think the person in charge could definitely be more professional. He is also the one who washed my hair the second time I went in, and I honestly do not think he knew what he was doing. Not only did a lot of water get in my ears, but my back got really wet, and he forgot to remove my towel. I probably would not come back here.

I always ask for the same thing at every barbershop: trim and keep the layers. Supercuts has completely messed up this simple request twice in a row. Last time, the stylist merged my layers together, leaving two clearly visible 'tiers' of hair. This time, the stylist deleted the layers entirely, effectively giving me a bowl cut. Even worse, one side was about an inch longer. Not only are the haircuts bad, they cost almost $40 after tip.

Ladies, Elizabeth is so good and she knows what she is doing when she is coloring your hair. She then cut my hair in long layers and all I can say is, "Wow! I love it!!!! Very friendly and good vibes here every time. - I have had my haircut here by three different stylists (across my five times here). They all cut well and were incredibly patient to my requests. ## Area for improvement: - Every time i showed up, I waited at least 20 minutes past my pre-scheduled appointment time. It has become an expectation to wait. If you are on a time crunch, I would not recommend this place. If they were behind all five times I visited, it seems evident that this likely affects other customers.
