Called them the lady said said there wasn't a tech available and someone would cal.today is Jan 13and no return phone call. They say they're open 24hrs. No Sundays. They offer 10yr.parts 1 for labor!!! We got a bill for labor on a unit installed 6 months ago. They don't stand behind thier word and this is poor business. Said he was required to turn off our gas and call his manager out for a 2nd reading. Mgr gave us his cell# that afternoon and continuously texted us offering to work with us on getting a new furnace and AC unit. Funny how he stopped texting me when I told him we were going to get a second opinion. While we were waiting for our 2nd opinion appt, we called the OP Fire department who immediately came out. Their reading was too low to detect any carbon monoxide leak! Now, we're questioning whether we had a Freon leak last spring or not. If this company tells you that you have any kind of leak, get a second opinion!
