I usually shop at the Manhattan Beach store but this location is great also. Came here with my girlfriends yesterday while at the village and we all got a few pieces of clothes. In all this recent rain I feel enveloped on coziness. I also got a classic white t shirt I love!!! It was comparable to others I tried that were $88-$99 but at Nati it was $39. That's much better. And this is just my most recent haul. I've purchased a good amount from Nati over the years. I really like their style. My furbabe Fendi pulled Me into the shop to browse through the vintage motorcycles. There were some really small motorcycle models, brand: Indian which Fendi liked. The male staffer behind the counter was cordial, nice and even offered to teach Me to ride a motorcycle lol, I politely declined, as I am safety cautious and prefer to keep body + limbs intact! Granted you do receive the refund back but they just don't reply to emails even if you have a question about sizing. They need to be stronger in this area especially during this time and all the time actually. Don't send them direct messages on IG either bc it will go unnoticed and unanswered. The best is to call (which I have) if you have any questions. However there are times when calling is not option but sending an email is. I hope they improve on this area of their customer service in the near future. Looking forward to visiting the store when it's safe to reopen.
