04/04/2026 We were visiting a niece on spring break 2026 and she brought us to Kith i. Malibu after brunch to check out the ice cream space addition to their clothing line! I was not expecting this at all especially from Kith who's more known for clothing. There was a line to get in but for clothes, separate entrance for soft serve with no line. Most of the menu had soft serve with a type of cereal mixed in. We ordered a few to try. I thought it was ok overall. Service was nice. Price was a on the moderate to high for what it is imo being simple soft serve with cereal and not having anything unique flavors that stood out but were in Malibu folks so as expected. read more

Let's be real. No one cares about how great a brand is when you get profiled for whatever reason (most likely thought we were poor because we look young and weren't dripped out in stupid designer brands). Guy in front makes my group of 5 wait at the stanchions even after well over 5 people leave. Once we get in, others immediately get to enter without waiting. Wtf, bro? Weird. No one cares what your brands carries when that's the first engagement you're met with. I've visited quite a few Kith locations and this one is hands down the most beautiful. The store design is incredible. The selection wasn't the best compared to other locations, but my friend and I still ended up spending about $7K between the two of us. The staff was friendly, however they forgot a couple pieces we requested, which was pretty frustrating considering we're visiting from out of town. Still, visually it's the nicest Kith location I've been to. read more

The ice cream itself was amazing! Unfortunately, it is very confusing to find the line to where the ice cream is sold. There are two separate lines one line to actually shop in the store and then another line to just get the dessert so if you're looking for the dessert, the line its the one closest by the tables and chairs. The wait was a little long because they only let a certain amount of people in at one time but I'd say it was worth the wait. read more

We visited Kith Malibu yesterday while spending the afternoon at Malibu Country Mart and were excited to check out the store. The space itself is beautiful and we ended up purchasing a couple of items. Afterward, I brought my companion back inside because I wanted her to see the store, and we decided to stop at Kith Treats for something. Instead of walking back outside, we stepped through the stanchions toward the counter. A security guard immediately scolded us and the employee behind the counter rolled their eyes. It was a surprisingly unfriendly interaction, especially considering we had just made purchases and the store wasn't busy. Experiences like that really undermine what should feel like a premium retail environment. Kith has built a strong brand around lifestyle and customer experience, so it was disappointing to feel unwelcome in what should have been a fun stop during our visit to Malibu. Hopefully management takes a closer look at how guests are being treated in-store. read more

Tried their much hyped up chocolate soft serve I've cream with the brownie bites and Reese's pieces. The soft serve was good, though a bit pricey for the size. The brownie bites were very fresh and moist. The Reese's pieces were cut and microscopic pieces. I was hoping for bigger Reese's pieces. But what I didn't like was the piece of chocolate that said kith on it that they put in the ice cream was really hard to chew and flavorless. Great service though. read more

While in the area we stopped by to have some ice cream after our dinner. What a beautiful place to be. Lots of outdoor patio seating surrounded by a lush garden and a water feature. Great place to hang out on summer nights with ice cream. The ice cream was really delicious. I ordered a swirl with Reese's chocolates and graham crackers. My son and husband got other items added to their swirls. The price is about $10 each. A really nice treat. I'll stop by again when in the area. Boujee ice cream shop specializing in made to order cereal ice cream located inside of an clothing store! I visited this ice cream shop on a Saturday afternoon and it was decently busy. Walking-up, I really liked seeing the clean and modern architecture of the store. On the menu, you can choose a pre-selected ice cream combination or you can build your own ice cream. I ordered the Caramel Soba Cha which was a special collaboration with Nobu. The ice cream was delicious! Firstly, my favorite part of the ice cream was the texture. It was smooth, creamy, and not icy. Next, the flavor of the ice cream was pretty good. It was a good balance of sweet, savory, and umami. The more I ate it, the more I enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the crunchy bits in the ice cream. If I had to improve it, I would tone down the salty toppings. I spent around $12 for this and while it's on the pricier side, I'd say it was worth it for the high quality and unique combo. They have outdoor seating and street parking nearby. Waited over 1.5hrs to get inside. No real system to how many ppl were let in at a time. Staff is nice but they need a more transparent way in why they let large groups in sometimes when the amount of people leaving isn't consistent. Collection is pretty mid and most stuff can just be purchased off regular websites. For a flagship store it leaves a lot to be desired as far as selections go. Soft serve is good, but that's about it. I wouldn't wait to do any shopping in here. read more

My favorite Kith location in SoCal and the largest I've been to other than the NYC flagship. Great free street parking, nice patio around the business if you grab a Kith treat and want to enjoy it outside. The line can get long, but I try to get there around opening to minimize the wait. The staff is attentive and helpful. Never had an issue finding collections on release day when I've gone, even hyped collaborations like Armani and more recently, Peanuts. Prices are definitely inflated for the brand and I've never heard of any sales, but if there's a specific piece you want and it's long past release day, my bet is that this location will still have it, of any in the greater LA area. read more

Breathtaking ambiance! Malibu never lets me down. Unlike the other reviews here, I thankfully came here on a weekday so we could walk right in without the worries of a line. The staff here is super friendly in comparison to the West Hollywood location, where you have to flag someone down yourself. I was approached by 3-4 different salespeople to ensure they could assist and answer any questions I had. The selection of clothing, accessories, etc is really good--I always love their collabs. I saw the sold out Kith x TUMI bag out on display. Given this is a high quality brand, you should expect to see higher prices but I always find it worth it. Moving onto Kith Treats, they are my only reason for 4 stars. For one, they were weirdly out of waffle cones, and my boyfriend wanted to try their waffle--but they have a weird rule that they want you to eat it inside. We didn't want to miss out on the views, so we both opted for our ice cream in cups. It was a bit shocking they were out of cones given nobody else was there for a while--and not sure why they care so much to have you eat the waffles inside. While visiting Malibu Country Mart, we stumbled upon Kith, one of their newer locations. Having been to Kith in Hawaii, Paris, and Japan, I was excited to see how this one compared. Both the interior and exterior are stunning, and we were lucky to find no line to enter the store. After browsing, we headed to the other side for Kith Treats. There was a line and it took about 25 minutes total, however, the line grew by the minute. We enjoyed our ice cream outside in the courtyard, surrounded by their beautiful travertine tables. As this is a "new" store in Malibu that opened in July 2024 located just off the Pacific coast highway and off Civic center way, we thought we would check it out. The building is super modern and fits the California landscape. Nested behind a beautiful garden- as we approached the store, we saw a whole line of people. We were wondering if there was something special going on, but we were informed that this was just the line to get into the store. As we peeked into the store, we say a big open space with very little people inside. As the line was too long to get in, we decided to skip visiting the store....and opted to view their items for sale online. Supposedly the inside had women, kids, and a treat bar inside. As we couldn't experience the store and nobody was outside to greet customers and inform people- our experience was not great for our visit. read more

I love Kith, although a bit steep on price, one can appreciate their pieces and how much detail they put into them. I've had a better experience with customer service here than at the Sunset or Beverly Hills location. I do have Vitality tier level which allows me to skip the line but wish they would accommodate a guest for this feature. They're dog friendly and I've yet to have a bad experience at this location. read more

Don't even try to get Kith Treats at 6:45pm, they told us they stop taking orders 15 minutes before closing so they can actually close at 7pm. Not one person was even in the treats line.
