I usually do a deep cleaning 2x yearly. Wipe down cabinets and baseboards doorways with cleaning…read moreproducts and wet sponges. I did this over the holidays. I was in an auto accident and my car got totaled. I could not do a deep cleaning because of my accident. I hired Quigley's Handy Hands. When he arrived I shared that I wanted to have my Nin knack to be dusted, baseboards and cabinets wiped down; window and frames to also be wiped down and my bathrooms and bedrooms to get cleaned. And vacuum and wash the floors I was not feeling well and said I needed to take a nap. I fell asleep for over 3 hours. I woke up and he did not put away anything that de dusted. He left them scattered all over my living room floor and couch. He said he wanted $250 dollars. I said we agreed that I would pay him once the job was completed. I felt pressured to pay, so I did. I said you did not even finish the job. He promised that he would come back the next day between 7:30 and 8:30. I did not hear from him and he got to my house I think around 10:30. I asked him why did he not call or text me saying he was going to be late. When I asked him he acted like it was no big deal. I shared the day before I had Dr. appointments and was only available in the early morning. He did not do the job. Given the fact that I had given him 250.00 and the job was not done I was not going to let him clean my house without being there. He said he would come the next day between 7:30 and 8:00. I did not hear anything from him. I left him a message to not to come. Although he did come around 10:30. I felt like I was ripped off. I was frustrated. I looked around the house. None of the floors were vacuumed or washed, the baseboards and cabinets were cleaned, no shelves had been dusted. Nothing was done that I could see. He did nothing in the bedrooms or bath rooms. I tried to start to clean but was in too much pain and I needed to stop. I sent him a text or voice mail saying that I had decided to have him clean the house since I payed him. On Saturday he send me a text saying he would be at my house on Sunday in the morning. I did not want to pressure him so I did not question what time it in the morning. I had looked at the time and it was around 12:30. No communication from him. I called to ask him what happened. He got a hold of me, and left a message that he could not find his keys. I got the message a few hours later. I told him that I was going to be home. Never called, texted or came. I shared that I was out $250.00 and my house has not gotten cleaned. I told him I was thinking about taking him to small claims. He sent me a text saying I " was not listening or did not understand what he was saying. It is not bad enough that I am in pain cannot clean my house and was ripped off 250.00. Nothing cleaned! If you have nothing to say please do not respond.

The day after that a crew of 4 skilled painters came out, masked the entire house, gave the house 2 coats of paint, then moved onto trim and doors and had the whole house completely finished in 9 hours. Their attention to detail was easily noticed and everything got 2 coats of paint. They unmasked everything and re-mounted house numbers and light fixtures they removed during paint prep. All in all excellent work at the best price. I will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to have their house painted.
