He could not have been nicer, kinder or more professional, same as Tim. Both of those gentlemen treated me like we were neighbors and have been friends for a long time. Anytime you're dealing with plumbing, you know that it could go badly either in terms of what you need or how much it's going to cost. But in both cases, this entire experience went as well as it possibly could. I very much appreciate Tim and Victor and I have a new plumber going forward. I can't recommend them any higher. This is the easiest decision I'll ever make in the future.

Was told the pipe may be collapsed i would have to pay extra for the camera service. Even after the pipe was cleared if there was a heavy rain the pumps would run and the basement would still get wet. I had Wood's come out a year ago. Gave me a great price to clear the line and use the camera. 1st major point they were the only ones to root it from both ends. 2nd major point camera showed no damage to the pipe saving me thousands and tearing up my front yard.
