Pick up day was Friday the 13th. No communication was received so I called late morning Thursday and was told they didn't have a time yet but would call me. Late afternoon and I had received no call. I called again was told they were waiting for manager to come in to plan next days routes. Would call me when they knew info. No call. Called Friday morning and was told they didn't have a time but it would probably be late day. I was puzzled that they still could not give me a time window. Friday 4:45 pm called again to verify someone was coming. Was told the trucks were just starting to come in probably one would be coming up to me. Last thing I was told was that the office person would make sure everything was ok before she left. I waited till 6:45 pm no one came and as before no calls from this company. I am shocked and angry that the work ethics of this company are so low. I would never use them again and never recommend them. There is little to no organization and no attention to detail. Several of our orders "got lost" or were "back ordered" and some were inaccurate after being promised a delivery date. We ended up having to pay for items that were 3 months late! The only positive thing, was their price. But in the end, the extra work and expenses we incurred, including renting furniture to cover for late items, and then having to pay for items that were 3 months late and we no longer wanted because we had already purchased replacements from a new vendor, helped us re-learn, you get what you pay for. If you roll the dice and do business with this firm, make sure you have a delivery commitment date that allows you to cancel with no penalty ... but I recommend going elsewhere.

I put almost only cardboard boxes and packing in the dumpster with a few light fixtures so I figured the weight would not be that high and therefore less the other dumpster rental places. I then was charged an addition $280 for the dumpster rental which after I inquired they told me that this was due to 1.6 more tons over the 1 ton included with the $400. After I told them that there was water dripping from the dumpster when it was picked up they basically responded that the weight as per the agreement was my responsibility. I suggest that finding a dumpster with a fixed price is a safer option because they can basically charge whatever they want and there is nothing you can do about it.
