Even the one that gave 3 stars gave a glowing review, just read it. My experience last June 2020 was initially frustrating as a new driver attempted to turn around in our driveway which is steep and put a small gouge in it. Within hours a "technician" named Mark showed up to assess the damage and recommend a resolution. He was very apologetic and eager to get it fixed as soon as possible. Within the week after painstaking hours of work the gouge was fixed and two sizable cracks to boot. I tried to give him and his helper a tip and he said no thank you. What I didn't realize until later is that Mark is the owner of MD Trash. I was very humbled that he did that. Especially after seeing him work for hours down on his hands and knees repairing cracks in my driveway that weren't even his responsibility. I tried to pay for both cracks but he only allowed me to pay him for one of them. He never even told me he was the owner, he was only intent on fixing the issue and making a customer happy. We moved to Bedford, NH 4 1/2 years ago and this has been the best customer service experience we've had the whole time we've been here. Heck, it's in the top 3 best customer service experiences I've had my whole life.

I then was charged an addition $280 for the dumpster rental which after I inquired they told me that this was due to 1.6 more tons over the 1 ton included with the $400. After I told them that there was water dripping from the dumpster when it was picked up they basically responded that the weight as per the agreement was my responsibility. I suggest that finding a dumpster with a fixed price is a safer option because they can basically charge whatever they want and there is nothing you can do about it.
