However, my biggest complaint is their terrible lack of communication! I was never sure if they were going to show up or not. They were difficult to get a hold of on the phone, did not return calls or text messages and were not clear when they were coming by. They took weeeeeeks to install a shower handle due to issues unrelated to them. They were trying to get an extension piece which never fit so they ended up jerry-rigging the valve without sealing it properly and did it all janky! I had to have another plumber come and fix it! The last few times they came by they just made me feel bad complaining about the tile guy and what a bad job he did (I thought he did great!). I just got fed up and wanted the job done and them gone. I regret calling them in the first place!
