We had a sinkhole appear suddenly in the back yard. Good sized hole. Water pouring into it from somewhere. That was going to require digging with a shovel in the cold of the late afternoon. Needless to say, it was wet. No fun at all Mike took the job, dug into the hill until he found the broken pipe, fixed it, tested everything, and saved us. He kept his good humor all through it. No, it wasn't a lot of fun but he just kept going and solved it. That was pretty good. Take a dirty job late in the day when others turn it down. However, my biggest complaint is their terrible lack of communication! I was never sure if they were going to show up or not. They were difficult to get a hold of on the phone, did not return calls or text messages and were not clear when they were coming by. They took weeeeeeks to install a shower handle due to issues unrelated to them. They were trying to get an extension piece which never fit so they ended up jerry-rigging the valve without sealing it properly and did it all janky! I had to have another plumber come and fix it! The last few times they came by they just made me feel bad complaining about the tile guy and what a bad job he did (I thought he did great!). I just got fed up and wanted the job done and them gone. I regret calling them in the first place!

Technician came out on Christmas Eve and figured out the exhaust vent was blocked on our porch area. Fixed it in 10min. Nice guy- but I'm glad it was not part-related as they don't have parts for Rinnai heaters in stock (not what I was told on the phone BTW). It was the Techs knowledge that made it a quick fix. Service call fee was worth having hot water for all our Holiday guests!!!
