Luckily, I was able to call my parents, who are in the medical field, for advice, and they agreed with my decision to leave the office without getting any procedures done. I still have some glue on my teeth from the braces. Braces off and the end result is a gap, lisp and uneven teeth. I basically donated money to this place. Front desk staff is always leaving-this says a lot. As you see from the pictures that I have uploaded- I now have a gap. The gap is actually bigger when you see it in person. I have tried to resolve this with her and she will not take responsibility for the damage she has created. As she stated she takes pride in her work.. Guess leaving me like this is pride for her. Once I refused, she was not pleasant and then insisted on a fluoride treatment. It seems like they are just trying to boost up the bill. I had another 6-month cleaning recently scheduled and the same hygienist started right in about x-rays. I explained again that I was refusing it and once a whole year went by, I would get it done. That every time I was there, they are requesting x-rays be done and I sat in the chair for 2 hours in the last couple of years for imaging on my whole mouth. She then told me she would not treat me because my refusal was will full neglect. I think I have the right to refuse the x-ray's, I feel like they are just trying to make as much money to bill the insurance company. I asked for the Manager, and she told me the same they would not treat me. I responded that I thought it was ridiculous that they would not clean my teeth, and they were just looking for more billing.
