Kudos to CPAP for stepping up. I'm a big fan again. Pathetic "travel" product has only 20% pressure of my dream machine. New travel unit does ZERO for my sleep apnea. Light, cheaply manufactured, worth maybe $40 bucks yet sells for $500! Then I send it in for a refund, thinking I'll buy a non-travel unit-and the 'cpap support' team says no refund bc I did not include all original packaging. I did not return all the cardboard so they say no refund whatsoever. They're sending the pathetic plastic garbage back to me. Cpap shop is horrible! List me as a customer!!!

    Been ordering from the CPAP shop since 2002, today was the worst customer service I have ever…read morereceived. The customer service had no knowledge on what to do on what appeared to be a malfunctioning web page. I could not complete the order until I finally just started clicking every possible combination of choices until the order button activated and sent the order through. Last night the ability to upload a script was not functional, but appeared to work today. Customer service was able to confirm they got the scrip, but absoultely nothing else - after waiting 45 minutes to get a response from customer service. Very clear that all customer service is trained to do it take orders, they have no training on anything else in the system. Through the web site, I had the ability to order the item through Amazon and use their no interest payment plan, customer service informed me that they did not have that ability. Waiting for machine delivery to evaluate more. Just completed this review and went back to my email, follow this timeline: 1:15 PM confirmed with Customer support via phone they had received my script. 1:30 PM Got and email my order has been received including an order number. 2:01 PM Got another email saying they did not have my script! From a noreply email address - really - what kind of company is this?

I work in healthcare doing a nurse's shift, 3 times a week. Sure enough, my varicose veins are becoming more prevalent so I was recommended by my vascular doctor to start using some compression stockings. I was approached by a lady named Lisa and I started explaining to her why I'm there. She cuts me off and asked if I have a script. I explained to her I realized I grabbed the wrong script when we pulled up into the parking lot. I continue to attempt to explain to her what I was looking for and finally, how much for the stockings out of pocket just knowing that she was giving such a difficult time. She then went on this condescending rampage about she doesn't know what I'm looking for, she can't help me without a script, she needs a diagnosis code before she can service me. She also points over to the wall and said "honey, there's many compression stockings. Look at that wall, it can range from (at this point she gave me a price range) so I can't really answer that question." I asked her if she had a faxed number I could have it faxed over. She responded with I need to bring it in with an appropriate icd-10 code and be present so they can do their job in one shot. I'm going to repeat this part one more time. She wanted me to be present (not knowing if the coverage is applicable) for her convenience of doing her job. Ironically, everything in healthcare is done for the convenience of a patient. I had 2 goals today: 1. Do they accept scripts and my insurance for the compression stockings? 2. What is the out-of-pocket costs? From Lisa, she did not help answer any of these questions. Her associate, Melissa helped answered my questions. And in the midst of Melissa guiding me and trying to assist my medical needs, Lisa storms of to the back of the office to get desk making a very loud and clear statement towards me "yeah you help her because clearly I'm not giving her what she wants." Of course im puzzled but I kept my composure. Let me just say this, I am not using state funded insurance and I'm not saying that it is a bad thing. I understand there's many different plans and some are more difficult to receive approval or coverage from in term of DME, DI or drug plans, I get it. But I will never speak to my patients like that and I will never make someone feel uncomfortable especially one that is trying to bring you business. And here's the plot twist: My vascular doctor said I could easily purchase them on Amazon if my insurance rate was too high. Guess, Amazon is going to run everyone out of business.
