5/26/26 update - CPAP refunded my $$ and I really appreciate it. That's all I wanted. My dream machine is fantastic. Travel products are not for me, too weak wrt pressure. Kudos to CPAP for stepping up. I'm a big fan again. Pathetic "travel" product has only 20% pressure of my dream machine. New travel unit does ZERO for my sleep apnea. Light, cheaply manufactured, worth maybe $40 bucks yet sells for $500! Then I send it in for a refund, thinking I'll buy a non-travel unit-and the 'cpap support' team says no refund bc I did not include all original packaging. I did not return all the cardboard so they say no refund whatsoever. They're sending the pathetic plastic garbage back to me. Cpap shop is horrible! List me as a customer!!! read more

The customer service is horrible. They will accept FSA payments but if you need a means of necessities letter, they don't provide it. When you ask for a supervisor, they will stop responding. She did provide an invoice that had the incorrect amount. As far as the product, receiving it timely, and being a good value, it was great. read more

I just made an order about 10 minutes ago. I realized that I ordered the wrong headgear so I called back to cancel the order. The representative told me that there was no way that she could cancel the order so that I could place the correct order. She explained the order was already sent and that there was nothing that she could do. This is terrible customer service. I have been ordering with cpapshop for years but I will never order from them again! read more

This is to try and replace a Resmed F 40. I have tried several full face mask and have not been comfortable wearing them. This nasal mask has possibilities. I can't give much more of a review because I just received it today. read more

This place is great. Less expensive than I expected. And Linda was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Dealing with the insurance and three different sub contractors to get a cpap became very stressful/overwhelming. Also everything I read about the process kept getting worse. Coworker suggested I get one online and pay out of pocket. Spoke with my doctor about getting a copy of the prescription and came to this place. Everything was downhill from there. read more

I just love this place! as you may or may not know there has been a recall on some CPAP machines. Due to the recall of those certain brand machines that I will not name, it created a nationwide shortage. Suppliers have been scrambling to get this life-saving/changing machine to people that depend on them. I actually had a backup machine so I am not in a bind like some people are, but I did want a smaller machine to travel with. Now you may read this and think why get a travel machine? well, the number one reason it is smaller it can fit in your pocketbook or bookbag, it is a medical item so you actually keep it with you, not in your checked bags. Number two reason if your travel CPAP gets lost while traveling you have your main machine at home to use. If you travel and loose your everyday CPAP you are in trouble especially now with the shortage. I actually ordered the travel CPAP from another company and was told I would get in in 5 days but it never came. I called The CPAP Shop and sent them a copy of my prescription order from my physician. I asked if I could pick it up they said sure, went I got there it was ready and I even received a veterans discount how nice. The CPAP store took care of my order in a couple of hours what another company could not do in weeks. I mean their ordering process was seamless, the customer service was wonderful on the phone and in person. If you need a CPAP or other medical supplies call this place. If value prompt, courteous service and competitive prices this is the place you need to call. I LOVE the Cpap shop!!!! They have always been wonderful and great customer service. I ordered some filters for my cpap a few years ago and some worthless porch pirate stole the package. I called the cpap shop and they replaced the entire order and sent it certified mail so I had to sign for it & the USPS wouldn't just drop it off again at my door. Beware of purchasing anything from them. They do not tell you about their return policy, which is impossible. Then after they agree that in fact nothing was said about the return policy and they agree to take the product back if unused, undamaged etc. they refuse to honor their agreement. In my case they said that the inside boxes were damaged. This is impossible since nothing was taken out of them. After careful discussion with them they refused to issue a refund. read more

I placed an order online for an "Airsense 10" about 2 weeks ago, and quickly received an e-mail from them telling me that I needed an Rx for this purchase. This will be my 3rd machine in 15 years, and the previous purchases did not require an Rx. In any event, I immediately contacted my Pulmonologist office and requested an Rx to be faxed to "the Cpap store". Next, I e-mailed the Cpap store again, when I requested a confirmation upon their receipt of the Rx, and to provide me with tracking info for this shipment. I never received any response nor confirmation. So I sent another e-mail later to reiterate my previous request for confirmation, and again no response. So I called again today (waiting again on hold for at least 20 minutes before reaching anyone), when I finally reached Alicia in their order department. Alicia was very nice, calm, and level headed, which I complimented her for at the close of our conversation. Alicia told me that this cpap machine was on backorder and should be received in a week or two. Alicia was unable to confirm if they had received the Rx from my doctor or not. I told her I had received nothing from them confirming any of this, but only the one initial e-mail from them requesting an Rx. There was nothing on their website stating that this could be on back order, AND they charged my cc the moment I placed the order, rather than charging upon shipping the product like most other online stores function. Since I need this machine by 3/13 (in about 20 days from now), I next asked her to cancel the order and provide me with a full refund, and I would re-purchase from a supplier which has them in stock. She next offered me the same price for the upgraded "Airsense 11" (the newer version). I said that if I could receive it by 3/13, then that would be wonderful. Alicia then put me on hold for several minutes, and returned to tell me that the price for this upgraded machine would not be at the same price as the other unit (as she previously stated), but instead it was double that price! Given all of this unprofessional M.O. and runaround, plus the fact that this company never responded to any of my prior e-mails when I requested confirmation, I next requested a full refund and cancellation, and an e-mail for this cancellation. Within the hour I did receive that e-mail from Alicia advising me of this cancellation and refund. I will next need to check my cc statement to confirm that I have received this refund. My complaint here is that this company is missing some major components in their M.O. which expresses a total lack of professionalism and consideration towards their customers. We have owned 2 online stores in the past, and we would never treat our customers so inconsiderately, nor did we ever charge anyone until the product was confirmed and shipped. Alicia is to be commended for her level headed temperament and to remain calm and nice in spite of all of the negative calls she must receive. I will not be buying from this company again! read more

I've ordered supplies that were shipped to my house, as well as driven to the store to pickup a replacement tubing that I needed ASAP. The staff there are fantastic! The delivery times super quick. I usually get my supplies from another CPAP supply company that takes my insurance (The CPAP Shop doesn't take insurance). Now that I've met my Insurance High Deductible, I ordered the "expensive" supplies from my other supplier, but won't get them for about 10 days. I need a new headgear strap -- which is a separate piece from the front mask part -- and had to order that from The CPAP shop. These guys are much cheaper than the insurance-covered suppliers so even if you have to pay a deductible, The CPAP Shop is worth it! My 6' tube was under $10 at The CPAP Shop; the other guys charge $40. Big difference. Beware. I depended on this company to get me a travel CPAP for an upcoming trip of a lifetime. The CPAP Shop advertised having the ResMed AirMini CPAP in stock when they really didn't. They took my order and hard earned money and only after I inquired about why my order had an "on-hold" status was I told it was not in stock and they had no idea when it would be back in stock. No advanced notice, no notice of backorder, nothing. The site webpage clearly still shows the unit in stock. They don't even bother to update the in stock status. I cancelled my order and also my trip since I didn't receive the CPAP in time. I'll buy direct from ResMed next time. Buyer beware, shady business tactics. read more
