I splurge on myself when I get a pedicure. I am really displeased with the service I had this past Sunday. I didn't get the most expensive pedicure but I don't get the cheapest either. it was probably the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. My nails were not filed just cut and my heels were scrubbed without lotion which was really uncomfortable. I don't even recall getting the lotion scent because I felt like I didn't even get lotion put in my legs. I think I was in and out of the chair in under 25 mins tops. I felt like I was getting punished because I did t get a gel pedicure or the most expensive option. I am mad at myself for not saying anything at the time. I was just very disappointed. read more

A little more pricey than I'm used to for a comparable salon at home near Atlanta (where paraffin, for example, is included in a regular/"classic" manicure) but clean and comfortable enough. Service was also slower than I'm used to only because the same person did both mani and pedi, but I'm satisfied with the results. I totally forgot to show them my "check-in" or ask for the discount! Update: the polish lasted a really long time (weeks!) making the value even better! I didn't even get gel! read more

I have used this shop twice now in the last month in a half,,Lil upset on this last visit I had the 3rd of July to get a fill in and toe color changed using (gel polish)upon doing the nails witch was done greatly but the polish bubbled chipped an pilled off a couple of nails I went back to had fixed with no problem on the 5th due to 4th of July.It is now the 6th and my right Index finger clearcoat has pilled again!!!! I don't know what is going on with the Polish that was used this time versus the first time I had my nails done. All I know is The clear coat that was used on my nails the first time is not the same as this time...why should I have to go back A second time to have my nail fixed... read more

Came in for a pedi and told it would be 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into over 60 minutes so I walked out. One of the staff came up to me to try to convince me to stay and told me that the customer before me was almost finished, just her nails had to be painted! O.k., so I'll wait another 10 minutes. This is the best nail place I have been to in the Daytona Beach/ Port Orange area that is actually affordable. The prices are great, the staff is friendly, it's very clean, and the equipment is all new (or at least very well maintained). I will definitely be returning! read more

Had my nails done recently and paid with a credit card that I havent used in a year, used it to just keep it open. The gal took the card scanned it and noted the three digit code before she handed it back The next day a un authorized online charge to Books a Million was made for a membership of 25.00. I let it ride as this was clearly a test, but a week latter an attempted charge of over 200.00 for some footlocker shoes but the fraud guys caught it. All is okay as the fraud folks are on to this person and they need to be looking over their shoulder. So dont hand your card to anyone in this shop there is a thief working the crowd read more

Awful. Instead of fixing a crack in the gel the tech wanted to clip off the nail and put on a tip. I specifically asked for a liquid gel repair and after she had clipped off most of the crack she informed me she didn't go gel. There is gel on the price list. And she couldn't even do acrylic right. The absolute worst experience I've had. Nails were uneven, had to inform him that the new acrylic needed to be filed more (I could clearly see where he filled in the nails). Manicure was horrible. My nails and cuticles look worse after leaving then they did when I went in. Pedicure was no different. He trimmed my nails and put lotion on my legs. I could do that myself. There is a reason I am coming to your place of business, I'd like you to actually do your job. I've already had to redo the polish on my toes as it was so wet that is WIPED OFF about twenty minutes after leaving. To say I'm mad and completely dissatisfied is an understatement! And some of the cleaning (or lack there of) has me concerned. Pulled out files and just brushed them off to use them on me. Cut my cuticles, and didn't clean them after. My lady was super nice and made my toes pretty for springtime!!!! Also a very clean place. The lady in charge knows what's up she holds down her workers like no body's business and keeps the place awesome. Would highly recommend for nails in the po area read more

They were busy. I get that. But to leave my 6 year old daughter and I soaking for 45 minutes was ridiculous. I ended up with a nail fungus I can't get rid of. It's detaching the nail. It looks awful and I'm not at all happy. I will never go here again. read more

I was a fan a few years back, but after my visit on 05/17/2016 I definitely will not return. The place looks bad ... it looks like no one cares or has updated the store in a long, long time. The ped chairs are in bad shape - cracked seats, arm rests & backs. The little staff chairs are even in worse shape. The young woman who did my ped didn't ever speak to me - it left me with the impression she couldn't speak English and didn't understand English. The manicure area was sad ... all scrunched up together with uncomfortable metal chairs. Don't waste your money here. read more
