I returned to the store to ask for a replacement since they sold me a rotted plant. They said they do not allow for exchange or returns. I insisten that it was not a voluntary change or return because they sold me a detective plant. They refused to help me. I am very disappointed that the company would not care about the quality of the plants it sells.

I didn't find either of those things to be the case, and I can't say I had a good experience, to be honest. But, I will say that management contacted me upon posting a negative review and were serious about trying to make up for it. They also explained that this nursery is mostly set up for plant sales to landscapers and professionals, even though they do allow sales to individuals at retail prices. This explained the lack of prices and sometimes labels on their plants. I will say that I went to The Ground Up at their Brittmoore Rd location and had a an excellent experience.

The geraniums for $9.99 did not look fresh and appeared dry and yellowish. They had some interesting petunias. I left after buying plants and felt less satisfied from my usual experience with them so I also stopped by their Voss location today -the geraniums there for $9.99 were gorgeous and colorful and well watered. The staff were so cheerful and helpful and greeting all of us and made a big effort to do so. I happily bought more plants there. Room for improvement at this location.

It was so lush and serene like a hidden oasis. They even had ceramic pots on sale for 20% off. Lots of indoor and outdoor plants. It's Asian owned and they have a cat roaming the nursery. Jared is who came over and helped us and explained a bit about how they care for their plants and what services they offer. And even took down my number in the case he hears about how to get that plant. Told us they hold events there, so I'll have to look into it! I did really like how they had a dedicated room for indoor plants, not alot of places have that. I ended up getting a peace lily for $10 and shes still looking great 2 weeks later. We were also given a jug of their moon juice which we've just started using for most of our plants, excited to see if it does really help out. I wasnt quite sure if theyd be OK with my dog being brought into the indoor plant area or the office area where you go to pay but they held the door open for her and gave her her space. So it set a really good impression. This place is definitely where I'd go if I had my own property and want working with a blank/empty space. I went to the garden center for assistance. The staff, mostly very young workers, were all friendly, but very little knowledge. I stopped looking after the 3rd plant I named was not available. They did a great job on the installation, dug proper size holes, added mulch, fertilizer, fungicide before planting and added mulch around each base. They also staked and cleaned up the entire area before leaving. Excellent job! I highly recommend these guys!
