Looking for a job can be stressful even under the best of circumstances, let alone in this job market. Compound this with the desire to work in a hard-to-crack sector and it's bordering on terrifying. Even with all of this in mind, M-Ploy Temporaries, Inc. came through for me. They actually paid attention to the direction I wanted to steer my career in and to what I was looking for in a workplace. The result was not a good, but a great temp match! Not only this, but they pulled it off in less than two days' time. I had the opportunity to work with both Michael Vargo and Shawn Teeter. I found both of them to be not only attentive, but also excited for me when a great opportunity arose. No. Just no. Was told I was going in for one job, got to the jobsite and it was another completely different job that I was not qualified for. I nearly ended up in the emergency room. These people only want warm bodies. read more

Sheila is a lifelong resident of Northwest Pennsylvania. Her background consists of Administration, Sales, Management, and Job Placement/Recruitment. Sheila has been responsible for the management and training of M-Ploy Temporaries, Inc. employees for the last 10 years, and has been with the business for 24 years. Her goal has been to provide the Erie and Meadville areas with quality service, while providing employment to qualified employees with fair wages and opportunities for growth potential. She is involved with the local business/technical schools/colleges and with community activities along with her staff. She is very active in the daily happenings of her staff.

They will watch the community rob you blind and destroy your life and HR up in Erie just laughs about it. So even though I was happy to have a career, they are gonna just hold my last paycheck for ACH as long as possible while a landlord tries to evict me into a foot of snow cause he don't want to wait at all for the rent of his vermin-infested apartment.

If you are looking for a good employment agency then this is the place…read more Very professional and polite staff that will help you every step of the way. You can fill out an application on one of the office computers or you can apply from home and even upload your resume. Then when they hire you for a job you go in and sign paperwork, do your drug screening and watch a brief safety video. The staff will call and check in to see how everything is going and to see if you have any questions or concerns, etc. Overall wonderful place to deal with!!

Career Concepts, I will never go there again and warn others to stay away!…read more Their staff is increadibly rude and unprofessional. They like to pretned they are the unmost polished however it is clear they are ignorant. This is stright from the EEOC website: Federal law also prohibits employers from conducting the Form I-9 and E-Verify processes before the employee has accepted an offer of employment. Applicants may be informed of these requirements in the pre-employment setting by adding the following statement on the employment application. The first thing they will demand when you walk through their door is identification so they can complete the I-9 form, this is against federal law. They do not need your identification to tell you the details of a job. Do not let them tell you otherwise. Most people do not know this and willingly give up their information. Do not do it! Given this information, it begs the question what other rules or laws are they breaking? The place is very shady, any business who breaks federal law tells you there are other things going behind the scenes most of which are not well intended on your behalf. I am going to draw a parallel, Career Concepts as to Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo has been in the news recently due to several scandals with their customers.
