We booked a daybed at the M Resort pool for my wife's birthday a couple of weekends ago, and it couldn't have been a better day! Check-in was quick and seamless, and our daybed was in a great location with an awesome view of the pool. Our host was clearly busy, but she still made a point to check on us throughout the day--even while we were hanging out in the pool--which we really appreciated. We've been to several Vegas pool day clubs, and what we loved most about the M is that it has a much more relaxed, local vibe. It isn't overly crowded or overpriced, and you can actually enjoy yourself without feeling like you're packed in shoulder to shoulder. The food was surprisingly good, the pitcher drinks were strong, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. We had an absolutely unbelievable and frustrating experience at the Friday Dive in .From start to finish, the entire operation was horribly mismanaged: The Event: The movie didn't even work properly because there was no sound. Food & Service: Service was terrible. They actually ran out of food, and the only thing we managed to get were cold nachos. Logistics: It took an absurd 20 to 30 minutes just to register and get a cab when trying to leave. This local spot is completely unorganized and lacks basic hospitality. The pool is the best place to be on a 115 degree day and you don't feel like driving to Omnia on Las Vegas Strip. It is walkable from my apartment and it is $10 for locals on Thursdays so you do not have to book a room. Movie night on Fridays is fun as well. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. It looks like per the dj Sundays are shifting toward a Latin Night vibe, which I love the idea of. Unfortunately, the food didn't hit. I've been coming to the m pool for years and I think it's good if your going to pay for the day pass and grab a chair as a local but I wouldn't spend money on a daybed or a cabana again. It's great that they do a food and beverage minimum unlike a lot of other places but the quality of items isn't there. We got a vip cabana on Memorial Day weekend and the agreed price was 650 and I know it was away from the pool. We arrived at noon and it was just my husband and my two sons. We had cabana 14 and it's shocking they come with nothing not even water. There was no menu. Even told the waitress and she must have spaced it so I used my phone. It had a cute little hot tub included but it would be nice if it was cooled down during summertime. Also didn't have misters like the cabanas down below have. It did have a shower too. I get cabanas at other local hotels and they atleast come with some water a fruit plate and have misters. Any food you order comes out to go style which I think is odd when you're in a nicer area of the pool. It would look nicer on some dishes, other pools do this and have Togo containers for regular poolside chairs. Our host was Victoria and she was very nice and I understand it was a holiday weekend and you only have 1 bar but if people are agreeing to spend money, it would be nice to get a drink quicker than 40 mins. Not even lying and believe me I'm a server myself and know guests think 10 mins is 30 but no we got there at 12, didn't see our server until 1220 and didn't get a drink until 1. A lot of people I have spoke with complain about the wait time at this pool. Also would be nice to get an itemized bill automatically at end of day, so guests can see what they are paying for. I get that we could ask but it should be done from the get go. We had an issue with my kids mocktail and we were told it would be comped off but I have no clue if it did. Be aware locals!!! - - -Paid my bill of $204 and found out my card was charged two more times without my knowledge and signature. Both charges almost $500 each!! They gave me back one of the charges and still 8 days later they have not refunded the other charge for $489!! The managers have told me they would email me my original receipt and again, 3 days later nothing in my email from then!! I am a local here and will NEVER recommend or go back to this pool! Just called again and the staff is extremely rude to me since I've called and many times about this situation! One of the top pools I've been too They had constant waiter and waitress service walking around the pools. They had an affordable food menu and going here during the week In August was pretty chill. I seriously loved this experience. The pool was actually heated and it was nice, my first time at this pool and it was a great experience. Be mindful that you cannot bring any glass bottles or drinks into the pool. They did have a plethora of drink items to choose from at the bar. don't come here to get food if you're starving. i came here with my friends and we sat at a table waiting for 20 minutes before anyone even came up to us and asked for menus. once we ordered, we waiting 30 minutes for our food (we're still waiting as i'm writing). everyone else around us got their order after they ordered at least 10 minutes after us. the waiters are very nice, no shade to them. the food is okay, nothing special. edit: they forgot about my food and i ended up waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. they messed up my order as well. read more

Server Lexi was awesome. My issue was with the person who checked me in not her. I was told that there was a $75 charge for the halo bed at checking in and $50 of the $75 was a food and beverage credit. Which sounded similar to what I have paid in previous years. Before I think it was slightly less even. When checking out there was $75 rental fee and no food and beverage credit. When explaining to the manager how the associate checking us in said there was a credit. He replied that they did not say that and won't be honoring it. Surprised they wouldn't just honor the mix up. Even just a slight discount and understanding where I'm coming from would have gone a long way. No worries. What used to be a $10 daycation has now doubled to $20, and for what? The same pool. The same chairs. The same sun. Is there any treat for locals anymore? It's a masterclass in nickel-and-diming, a perfect little case study in late-stage capitalism where the goal is clear: charge more, give less, smile while doing it. At this rate, they'll start charging extra for the privilege of shade. Anyways, that being said, the food is surprisingly solid (try the chicken fingers but like how hard is it to mess up chicken fingers ), the pool is a decent size with plenty of wet deck seating, and if you go in with zero expectations and a strong drink in hand or 4, you just might enjoy yourself. Honestly one of the worse pool experiences. Green Valley Ranch is a million times better. First entering into pool area security goes through all your belongings. Bill the Security was so rude grunting and moaning. My son had a small pool boat and he yanked it from us saying we needed to read the sign as no pool toys. I apologized saying I didn't realize. My husband offered to walk back to car and he did. We continue reviewing our items and walk to desk as we reserved a cabana. He then walks to us again and yanks a small labubu key chain stiffed animal that my 6 year old was holding from her bag. I said are you kidding me? He says does it look like I am joking. I said this won't go in pool it will remain in the bag inside cabana. I said my Husband already walked to car why didn't you say anything then? He then accuses that my 6 year old was sneaking it in. I then ask for the staff to call a Manager. We waited longer but Manager was friendly and apologized. The pool has trash all around empty water bottles empty plastic cups from drinks so basically its ok to litter the pool with drinks but not ok to have a small toy for a child. Another time swimming my husband lifted my daughter up out of pool to climb up to the sidewalk and the life guard yelled no lifting anyone out of the water. Its not friendly for families and the cost for cabana ($400) the value isn't there. Go to Green Valley Ranch the staff is 100% more friendly, sand area for pools and with their cabana you get free waters and fruit it feels more like a vacation there and your treated alot better. read more

It was my first time going to the M pool so I was not really sure what to expect. I went with some friends and first noted how big and beautiful it was! We didn't even do the extra adult only pool but the regular area. It had multiple pools and hot tubs as well as free cold water which is very important out here. We grabbed some fold out chairs and were greeted by a cocktail server. She dropped some menus off and didn't come back for a while so another server ended up coming over and took our order. We didn't even ask her to, she just saw that we hadn't been served even after being there for a while so we placed the order with her which she said she would transfer to our server. To get this out of the way, the service was not great. We ordered Chicken fingers and fries as well as a few drinks and all of that took quite a bit of time. read more

Pretty much any summer Vegas trip is not complete with a cabana reservation at the M Pool for my crew of friends. We appreciate how the pool is clean and relatively quiet, especially on non-holiday weekdays. We tend to maximize our time and arrive at 10ish and leave around 4ish to get in our fill of Vitamin D, pool time, alcohol, and Dole Whip! This most recent time it did feel like it took a little longer for us to get our food order in as the kitchen opened at 11:30. In the past, it seemed like we could get our food order in right away and have food after our first initial dip in the pool. We have done both the smaller and larger cabanas. For some reason, the smaller cabanas seem to be more manageable food and drinks wise. This most recent trip we were able to meet the minimum with our 2 bottles alone for 6 people. Jack and Don Julio were the men of the hour. Some of our favorites food wise include the quesadillas and chicken wings. They also accommodate our modifications with extra jalapenos and hot sauces. Last year we came for the night time fireworks show which had an amazing view and vibe at the pool. When pool season rolls around, you can find me marinating in a chaise lounge chair along the lovely waterscape at the M. Why? Three reasons. 1) Off the strip 2) $10 entrance Monday-Thursday 3) Clean and not too crowded... yet. (Memorial Day is around the corner) I've favored this pool ever since B.P. (before pandemic) when it used to be free to locals before a certain time. Now there's a charge, but it's comparably inexpensive to other hotel pools. The M features a sprawling layout interspersed with palm trees, and if lucky, a breeze whipping the cabana curtains as if on a tropical vacation. Let's face it, though. It's Vegas, so it's most likely the sun relentlessly beating down onto unprepared skin or wind gusts blowing the desert sand into a visibility warning... Cocktails are standard and pricey, but the food is decent and won't break budget. For about $10-$15, I usually go for a sandwich or burger because it includes fries. And man, do they pile on the fries! Love it. Share with a friend. Other tips: Be prepared to have your bag checked prior to entrance (no outside beverages, but can bring one sealed water bottle). Had a Great pool day today at the M Pool. We paid $25 entry fee per person because we were not hotel guests. There were plenty of lounge chairs to choose from and we got two with an umbrella. The temperature of the pool water was cool and refreshing. The music was a good selection and not too loud. We had an amazing, friendly, attentive, and prompt server named Hillary! Literally, my favorite pool ever. My husband and I came here a few times during the summer 2021. It's not too huge, not too small. Love those seats in the pool too. I just love the cabanas in the middle of the pool. It's $10 to get in M-Thur, and you get checked by security, bags and all. No big deal. I love coming in the morning during the weekdays, because it's calm, and not noisy. Great music playing during our time here too. LOVE this pool area. They changed their food and beverage credit from the halo beds. We used to come here twice a month for a few years and this year they're not offering the credit from the rental as food and beverage spending, so you're spending money on just the rental. The pool is in the shape of a football. I thought that was pretty cool The pool area is big, tons of cabanas and lounge chairs. Lifeguards on site as well as security When we were at the outdoor bar area we ordered 2 drinks that said the price included a souvenir cup. Well when the drinks arrived in a plastic disposal cup I asked for the souvenir cup and that is when the waitress decided to tell us that the souvenir cups are not available due to Covid. Okkurrrr Wow. That sucks. It would have been nice to been told that when we ordered. So we are at the poolside bar at a table with just us . It's only 112 degrees out lmao. Security guard comes up to us to tell us if we are not drinking or eating we need to have our mask on OK no problem But I guess the huge group of people who were sitting at a table next to us with no masks on as they are talking amongst themselves (as we were) do not need to wear a mask when not eating or drinking or the other group who you actually passed to get to us who were also not wearing a mask also do not need to abide by the policy. The M Pool was an experience for the books. Walked in on a Sunday and had a short wait around 11:30am, as doors open around 10:30am. There was a line for daybeds/cabanas as well as a line for hotel guests/outside guests. They check your bags before you make it to the front to pay. The fee was $30 for the Sunday I went. Once entered, there were jacuzzis and a beautiful heated pool. There were many seats to choose from with no reservations and some umbrellas for shade. Towels were also handed out at the front. (Two per guest) There was music playing, but no DJ on the day I went, only at the DayDream Pool next door(21+). There is self serve ice cold water available at the bar with plastic cups placed next to it. It took awhile for the server to make it to the seats to give us a menu, but I understand if it's busy. The menu was extensive and not bad pricing for resort pool food. I ordered the avocado turkey sandwich that comes with fries. It was a decent size serving and tasty. I highly recommend that sandwich. The one complaint I have and why I rated this a 4/5 and not 5/5 is because there were many children that were splashing obnoxiously, running, riding huge floats that were taking up most of the pool space, and playing tag. For one, this is a huge danger for a fall to occur and there were many lifeguards around the pool glued to their phones and not one of them intervened with the children. I suppose that means this is allowed at the pool. Other than that, the pool time was enjoyable and relaxing. This is a great spot to go as a local, away from the craziness at the strip. There is a towel drop near the DayDream Pool side to conveniently place your used towels. Please don't be lazy and just leave on the lounge chairs as others want to use them. My boyfriend and I had a blast at the M pool! The day started off rainy and we thought our planned pool date was ruined, but thank goodness the sun came out for a solid 3 hours for us! Arriving, I was a little weary due to some reviews about rude security and staff, but was so glad to have been greeted by super nice people! Admission was only $10 dollars for Monday! Honestly such a steal considering how gorgeous the pool is! Since it was a Monday, there were only a handful of people enjoying the pool area when we arrived. It felt like we had the pool all to ourselves to be honest. There were two hot tubs for guests to enjoy and two main pools. One of the pools was unfortunately fenced off. Maybe there were not enough people for them to open up the second pool? I wish the second pool was available for swimming though! It would've been fun pool hopping! There were a handful of life guards on duty and every now and then pool staff would make rounds to make sure the pool area is kept clean and tidy. There were plenty of pool chairs with umbrellas for guests to use! They also had cabanas and day beds that people could rent out. We were fine with the free pool chairs lol. After swimming for a bit, we were starving and went to the dining area to grab some carbs! We got fries and nachos and a Virgin pina colada + pineapple juice to wash it all down. I was very surprised at the serving sizes. I was expecting smaller portions that's why I ordered two items, lol, but they gave us so much food! My boyfriend and I ate within the dining area, but some people were eating by their pool chairs as well! I did see some people eating while they were inside the pool, and I didn't know how I felt about them dropping crumbs onto the pool and washing off their greasy hands with pool water. It was an isolated event though, and most guests stayed off the water while eating. As for restrooms, there were two main restrooms for guests to use in the pool area. They were quite spotless! Apparently we WON'T be back because the pool is closed at 6:30pm EVERY DAY NOW, EVEN FOR GUESTS OF THE HOTEL!! I've never canceled a reservation so fast. And we were told this policy "will never change". How absurd, especially here in the desert of Las Vegas. In the summer time, no less! Today was the day I decided to take myself and my son and his friend to the pool for a day of cocktails, food, and water play. When we went through security, they were so kind and helpful and had the best personalities. That all changed once I got to the bar. We sat there for 10 minutes right at the bar waiting for someone to say a simple will be right with you or sorry about the wait, we see you. No one said anything. I finally walked up to where the bartender was talking with a few of the waitresses and asked all of them "would it be faster if I went and got a lounge chair and waited for someone to wait on us "I asked this four times as they all looked at me with a blank stare. It was so weird that I wondered if they were high or drunk. Who just stares at something when they ask a question like that? It was super awkward. Finally, I got a response from the bartender that they were really busy because they only had two bartenders. Not my problem. They knew this was a Saturday afternoon and the place wasn't that packed yet. I walked away, found my seat and sat there for an hour, I even waved over multiple waitresses. One actually nodded back, took an order from another guest and walked away. I finally got to the point where I felt like I was gonna pass out because it's a hot day and I needed water. I went up to the nice people at the front where I paid my $90to get in and let them know that the service was way below average, I was about to pass out and could I go inside the casino and go to a bar there and get a drink to bring out to the pool. They said that would be fine as long as I brought back my receipt. I walked by the salon and peaked my head inside and asked them if they had any water in the interim. The woman at the desk there was extremely kind and gave me four bottles of water. When I walked back through security, the security guard said just to let you know there is ice and cups at the bar and you can walk up and serve yourself in case she would like that water cold. I thanked him, and went and did so. When I started to look for the bucket to grab my own ice, of course, then everybody wanted to know what I was doing, and why. I let them know that I needed ice for my warm water. I received in the salon because nobody was waiting on me. Whoever the person was that works there. I'm not sure of their title, told them that was fine, but I could not do it myself that they would do it for me. We had plans of drinking and eating that day. We probably would've spent around $200 on top of the $90 it cost for us to get it. I will no longer go to the M for anything. What a waste of time. I would've had better service at a pool that I would've possibly gotten in free as a local. Super disappointed and they really screwed up my Saturday afternoon. We are now on our way to eat at the Green Valley, even though we had planned to eat dinner this evening at the M. It's one of my personal goals to visit every casino pool in all of Las Vegas. I've lived here 15 years, and I am still working on that goal. Hey - a guy can dream, right?! Haha With that said, I have indeed visited quite a few of the pools out here, and I would absolutely rank 'The M Pool' as my all time favorite pool! Unfortunately, this entire property is considered out of the way for many, as it is located very far south, well away from the strip. But then again, to many that is an added bonus! This typically means it's not over crowded, and it's definitely one of the favorite spots of most locals. If you're not a hotel guest, the entrance cost is much less than other places around town. They offer a full menu of drinks & food. (And the food is really good!) The servers are always friendly, attentive, and check back often. The pool itself is always clean and the perfect temperature. This entire pool is also huge, so there's plenty of room. Overall, this is an amazing pool! I've never had a bad experience here, and I'm certain that you wouldn't either. The pool (as well as the rest of the resort) is is always super clean and less crowded compared to any of the other pools on the strip. We've always rented a cabana (with a food/drink minimum) for a decent price. They have plenty of food and drink options from burgers to chicken wings to the healthier salads and wraps. It will always cost more on the holiday weekends but definitely worth it!! My husband and I had a massage appointment in the morning and then spend the rest of the day with a couple of friends lounging around at the pool. The cold food menu available was pretty limited (2 sandwich options, 3 salads, and fruit) and no vegetarian sandwich options (like a caprese sandwich for example). Expansive pool in the shape of 2 half moons. 4 ft deep overall. Not too many kids. Way in the back by the stage are 2 large hot tubs, a very welcoming and spacious size. Beautiful pool servers and the drinks are strong. There is also a side pool area for adults that is open during special times. Been there before a couple of times.
