I really like Silverton casino. It's easy to get to, the staff is friendly and it's so fun to visit. I love their cafe inside too. Everyone who works here have been helpful and patient, especially when I finally signed up for rewards recently. The place feels clean and safe which is always a plus to me. I'm excited to try other food spots inside but I always tend to go during peak hours when the wait is soo long! lol

Went to the restaurant Mi Casa. This casino is typical. Didn't gamble here as just for food. Good food, kind of snotty servers, but not enough to turn us away. Best Chili Verde I've had in years. The $20 double margaritas were overpriced for a casino but on par with fine dining...which is wasn't lol. Will be back for the food for sure.

Off the path, come and find out what the Silver-ton has to offer! Many times over and over again we have been here. What's not to love ? This little area although it's a casino feels like a mall, if you live here you understand! Let's go to Bass Pro Shop! Actually it's convenient and connected to the casino . The parking is free and ample . You can get all your stuff done here and eat well too! They offer many concert venues here. They have expos once in a while during the year. They host the blood drives here. It's even family friendly. As the kids grew this particular area we spent lots of time at. The hotel is always redoing something. That smoky spot and cloudy sense is not something or feeling that this area offers. Recently they have renovated the rooms and the check in area . It's smoother to get in and out . This is more a locals haunt, but lots of others come in too. If needed you can valet in the front . Or park for free! Did you hear that . Parking is free! For those that need caffeine Starbucks is in the main lobby . It's always busy. The bars are open for those that need something stiffer. If you need to place a bet then you can go and do that too. It's family fun and adult themed entertainment too. Do you believe in mermaids? You just might see one while you're here! You can actually swim with mermaid too . Come and see what's happening today.

Small hotel and casino with the Mermaid show attraction to lure guests in. The Mermaid bar has a decor of under water with front row seating in front of the tank. Each chair is named after famous Hollywood fishes like Nemo, Jaws, and Cleo. The Bass Pro Shop is connected to the casino. Sports book area is decent. It's part the of Circa group. Starbucks, Johnny Rockets, Wuhu Noodle, and Tomahawk are among the few places for dining and drinks. Wuhu seems to be the local's favorite with a long line due to its authenticity.

Outdoor event at the beautiful Silverton Hotel & Casino with great weather high 80s. A big turn out numerous food trucks for Polynesian Food, and home made crafts. Variety of entertainment from Hula to live on stage Hawaiian Music groups set up into different time slots. 5.2.26

The renovating are very nice and the layout is easier to navigate than prior to the remodeling. This visit, we were here for a craft show and happen to spot a scuba Santa. Scuba Santa at the Silverton Casino in the mermaid tank. Santa somehow could talk to the crowd using a microphone system. My perception is that people weren't sure what to make of it and children were even rather calm (as opposed to typical enthusiasm when seing Santa). It was weird IMO, but to each their own.

Great casino! Everyone there is friendly especially in the mornings. I could see why they are the contender for the best spots for locals.

Silverton, overall, was a solid local casino where I can easily see myself coming back to. They have your typical layout with slots throughout and dining along the sides of the casino. We loved the free entertainment with the aquarium and waterfall by the entrance. It was clean! That is always important to me. I cannot speak to the rooms because we are local. Hopefully, they are equally up to that standard as well. Customer Service wise, we came across Sandy. She was extremely helpful and such a positive light. We were able to all sign up for our rewards cards and she personally walked us through each step from start to finish. A wonderful experience and we ended up coming back to enjoy the 25% entree reward the following day.

This Hotel/Casino is beautiful! It's super clean and smells great! Valet is free, hard to find, but yes, tip your valet attendant! They deserve. Had a nice lunch at Sundance Cafe with my girlfriend. Also shopped at Bass Pro, which is located inside the entrance. Really nice experience as a local. Highly Recommend

Super clean rooms. and pretty big for standard room. Stay here quite often for business.. The staff definitely recognize my return. The Silverton has restaurants and a bunch of gambling to keep you busy... No to mention that huge Bass Pro Shop connected to the hotel & casino.

You guys got the worst receptionist in grave yard the black young lady and security supervisor he was black as well and a few white man. . Never got treated with respect but I got kicked out for just trying to go to my room to sleep and got humiliated and got ganged by the security and got kicked out of our room. We were drinking and just wanted to go to sleep. Thank God we are ok. I use to be a very valuable player and never experienced this horrible treatment. I got videos of how all this happened and it's so unfair you guys need new Stafff that really do treat their customers with respect because the way I got treated was horrible and I wouldn't want anybody else to experience that. Thank you.

We came here for the aquarium and were super impressed! It's huge, the fish are amazing to watch, and the mermaid show was super neat and engaging for the kids. The tricks that the mermaid could do with bubbles were really impressive. We watched for about 15 minutes and were so glad we made the stop.

It's located in the TRULY seedy Downtown Fremont Street section, and believe me, it earns that reputation. Any hour of the day or night, if you walk outside, you'll see hobos, beggars for money and types that makes security questionable. Police presence ALL over the place, even at 7am. Unpleasant. As for the hotel, it's 21 only, that's nice. They check ID every time and every door, also nice, although for guests I think they could come up with a better way. Had a Stadium Swim Corner room. It was nice, decent, far from spectacular. The views, nice for sure, but the bathroom and shower, extremely slippery floors and no mats to protect, very dangerous. Standard in most ways, furnishings plain, nothing great. Bed fine not spectacular. Air conditioning, the worst!! I get this same type of poor air conditioner at 30 + year old Strip hotel, not the speak of this 4 year old resort. Are they nuts. It was 113 when I was there, the room never got below 70 and even so it took 5-6 hrs after arrival before it even reached that level. Embarrassing. Check in, was fine, quick, the elevators to the rooms, I loved and the use of the card to gain access felt safe, secure and modern. Casino pretty standard, spread out over 2 floors, generally clean and modern, good selection, payouts lousy. At the table games on the first floor, girls scantily clad dancing on tables all around. Hmm. Well it's a 21 plus only, so I guess so. Although are they a casino or a strip club? One has to wonder. Hey, I'm not a prude, but let's be serious here, what are they actually selling? Mega Bar is huge, but the servers need help. Not overly pleasant, and worst yet, as I was playing there machines, I got CHARGED for a drink. Later to be told by a delightful cocktail server, it would have been free, hmm. Overcharging! Sleeping was just OK. Sports book is great, I must say, probably the best in Vegas, so if that's your thing, you might love it here. 2 floors high, huge screen, nice. Just stay inside, don't venture to the trash zone right outside the front door, where I got asked for $$$ right at the door!! Stadium Swim is a huge and well designed pool, however, there is ZERO shade, not a bit unless you pay for a Cabana, and as I walked around it, in 113 degree weather with no shade, it was hotter than imaginable. It is impressive I must say, but there are equally good pools in Vegas. One great thing, a server who worked 2-10am on the 2nd floor, she was awesome, the best part of my stay!! Can't praise her enough. They also charge for parking, even to hotel guests, $25 per day!! Wynn gives free parking to guests!! Is Circa nuts? Circa wants to poise itself as a 5 star luxury resort. NOT A CHANCE!! Don't listen to the You Tubers who are paid off, given free everything or sponsorship. This is NOT a 5 star resort, nothing here earns that. It has some benefits for sure. It needs improvement. Doubtful I'll ever be back, I can't see many reasons. From the average room, the rip off at the Bar, the lousy area it resides in, the questionable service from some, and just general indifference, (see my Legacy Club review for more disappointment) this isn't there place to be. If you're spending this type of $$$, check out the Strip Hotels...you can def find better pricing and more amenities there, and BETTER air conditioning. The Wynn as an example, the only 5 Star Resort, the air conditioner worked every second, and the room was constantly cool or cold, and it never failed once, and took seconds to start!! That's 5 star luxury, and it was cheaper than Circa!! Amazing. First time, last time. This may be the newest kid in old and seedy Downtown but it just doesn't live up to expectations. I'm actually disappointed I wasted my 2 days there, it wasn't worth it. But now I know for future. There won't be a return.

I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. He had guaranteed an early check in because we had over 15 people coming and had a lot of items for the party. We had two other guest of the party book rooms. A cheap bottle of champagne, or at this point a freaking cookie would have meant a lot. We get to the suite and there's nothing. So it was a disappointment but at this point I expected it. Get the bill for the cabana and couch. Well it's over 2,000 dollars. Seth said he was at least going to take care of the 400$ charge for just having the cabana where there are no misters in ours. But misters in every other cabana. They tacked on that 400$. So strike 2 Seth! No early check in. The front desk was honest about what went on so I appreciate that. But offered not one solution. And now I'm paying to have a dilapidated cabana. As well as a couch right in the sun. We gamble. Everyone in our party gambles so you have 10-15 people running around your table games and slots. Which I understand it's gambling, so you can eventually lose. So at this point we are in over 10,000 on the tables and slots....... Brining the total to over 12,000 dollars at red rock casino. And this is without any tips so far. This is where I'm at the tipping point. If the front desk would have noted about any of experience and reached out the next day it could have made a difference.... 11am is check out. I run down to the vip service check in and ask for a later check out which is what you get with AMEX. Let alone with a casino booked room/suite. This woman at the desk Monday 7/27 places a binder down given me all the expenses on why they charge 100$ an hour for late check out and says welllll you could ask your casino host. I politely ask her please try contacting him because I haven't heard from him in over a week. I have to say on the Las Vegas Strip. I haven't experienced this. They are accommodating, especially when they are correcting mistakes in their property. I pile in everything to my friend's room who did get a later check out at 2pm. I do understand the difference in servicing a suite vs a room. At this point it's a 50/50 of the lack of communication as well as the treatment from employees. We go to their oyster bar and drop another 300$. Play a bit more so another 1500$lost. Brining my grand total to 13,900 for one night for just us. Adding our other guest booked rooms. We have our parties grand total to 14,500$. I must say I don't plan to visit another station property. Unlike many locals. I'll stay on the strip. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. save your money.
