Had a wonderful and relaxing time poolside Sunday afternoon two weeks ago! It was not crowded which we loved and was family friendly that day. We did not order food but we did order a couple of drinks: bloody Mary (good), margarita with fruit that the waitress recommended (decent). There were a few pools and jacuzzis. There are plenty of towels and complimentary small water bottles at the front and plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. Bathrooms were clean. Daybeds were available for $150 worth of items of their menu but we passed on that. The kids and adults had a blast! read more

I live in Vegas and also enjoy the finer things in life. The pool here at the M is decent I mean any pool is dencent let's be real. It's a hole in the ground with water. Let's move on. It's my First time at the M hotel and also the M Pool. I usually go to the Strip but I decided to try something different. I ordered a Mint Julep. I wanted something sweet but strong. They added so much simple syrup it was like drinking glue. I mean if you can't pour count use a jigger. Com' on. After that drink I promised myself I'm only going to drink water because ovi the workers here can't bartend. But my friends wanted another drink. So I gave in. Which was not only the worst decision of my life but also embarrassing because I'm also a bartender here in Las Vegas. I ordered an Old Fashion it's 3 components so it's simple right? Bourbon, bitters, sugar, then stir with ice. Noooooo. They gave me a full cup of basically grenadine. I kid you not. A full cup of fruit punch. So I ask what's in this old fashion. Not only was there NO Ango bitters and orange bitters but they don't even have these two things behind the bar. If you don't have the components for a cocktail then guess what???! You CAN NOT make the cocktail. Unless you're David Blaine and you can do magic, you can not make a cocktail without the components. So I asked what's in this drink; the bartender at the M Pool said "well it has makers, peychaud bitters, and club soda". Please someone shoot me now! I can't stay another min in this hell hole. So long story short I ended up getting a Spicy Mangorita from the menu. Yes you guessed right. It was disgusting, I mean I would rather have someone properly build me an Old Fashion and pour it on the ground than any cocktail made at this establishment. I'd like to start by saying the fact that they don't just give free water is ridiculous especially in Vegas in this type of weather. A simple glass and water in the glass helps. Hopefully no one one ends up getting really hurt and sues the pool. With that being said, It's a nice pool, service is hit or miss I just think the M is trying way too hard to make money in every way possible. If I could leave a zero rating I would. I came to this pool to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and after a round or two in we were deemed too intoxicated. As someone who works in the pool district on the Las Vegas strip I think this was a call that was incredibly uncalled for. No one was smoking in public. No was was causing a scene. I'll never look to book another event here, how embarrassing. Aside from their inability to read guest intoxication level, I had Angela who was our server and we only saw once her within our first hour of service. She had no understanding of her own menu and what was available for guests to order. Cool venue for an outside show in May! I really don't mind coming to the M Resort especially for an event that's not on the strip. I was fortunate to attend my first show here at the M Pool. It's a huge area that is mainly general admission but also with some reserved seating. For an outdoor venue, the sound system is quite good. Plus with general admission you can get as close or as far away from the stage as you'd like. The beautifully landscaped area makes for a great setting for any show. Of course since I was seeing a show in May, the weather was perfect. It would probably be a little uncomfortable during the hot summer months. Families here is something to think about before heading over to the M pool. They recently updated their prices for general admission. Everyone including infants pay to go in the pool. $10 per children and $20 for adults. It doesn't matter if you have a cabana or halo. Halo is for 4 people, but not this weekend. The manager charged us additional $20, because it was cheaper than paying for my husband and I. I've never had to pay. But this time around, it was different. The manager was rude as she checked us in. All the other employees looked on the edge and nervous. You can't have toy in the pool, but noticed there were a lot of toys floating on the edge of the pool. One more thing that I thought was unsafe. All the little kids were running around the edge of the pool, no one said anything. Yikes. read more

My son and I went to visit the M Pool on Saturday before noon and local women are free while kids 10 and under are $3. Other days listed for discount on website as well. Music, lounge chairs in the pool or under umbrellas, cabanas for rent, and concerts coming up this summer! I'm so excited to visit again! Bar by the pool and an adult only section as well. This is my favorite pool to go to in Vegas. It's not on the Strip so I don't have to deal with traffic and the crowds. The parking lot is really close to the pool and it's never full when I go. The workers here are generally nice and courteous. On their website, they stated that they charge locals $20 on weekends. A few years ago, it used to be $10 for guys and free for local ladies. I can't remember what I said to the Asian girl but she let me in for free. Cool, I didn't have to pay $20. They also give you a small bottle of water with your towels which is nice. I like that this is a relaxing, family pool and it's not crowded. I don't have to roll my eyes at drunk douchebags or skanky girl tourists screaming woohoo Vegas baby or worry about anyone bumping into me. There are kids here but I'd rather deal with them and they don't bug me as much as the rowdy tourists. The cabanas, beds, and drinks are a lot cheaper than on the Strip. They play music out loud but not as loud as the pool parties on the Strip. It's a perfect place for me to sunbathe and go for a dip in the pool. read more

Towels and bottles of water handed to you as you walk in. Not overcrowded during the week. Restroom facilities are clean and staff helpful. Cabana's are a great deal...spend $250 on food/drinks (so easy to do with a group) and its free for whole day!!! So worth it! Had a great experience here. We got to the pool around 10am and it wasn't very busy for a Friday. Make sure if you are a local you check out the deals. Some days locals are free and other times they are half off for admission. We were greeted pretty quickly by one of the drink staff and they made sure to check on our party often. Even at 2pm when we left, there was still plenty of room in the pool and a few empty chairs. The pool was nice and they had a nice bar area as well. Water inside is FREE so there should be no reason to stay hydrated. Overall, a great experience compared to other casino pools farther north on the strip. I went to the M Resort pool back on Memorial Day. The place is great for locals and families and apparently lots of others already knew that as there were plenty of people around. We got a daybed and had to spend at least $150 in food and beverages, which wasn't a hard with a total of six of us. The food was decent -- typical bar-type food... the wings were hot and crispy, the southwest chicken wrap was basically a chicken caesar salad in a wrap. There was nothing "southwest" about it. The caipirinhas were good and strong but the white sangria was way too sweet. It was an excellent way to spend the day. Despite the large crowds it never felt too busy. There was always room to swim. For adults who don't want to deal with the kiddies running around, the adults-only pool is steps away in a fenced off area. Excellent pool, mediocre food. read more

The pool is nice however it is pretty small considering the actual size of the area! Another complaint would be more chairs which seem to not really be as accessible as it should for such a huge space! The plus is the food and the drinks are wonderful and come out pretty fast! We are locals who live down the street and we got two cabanas for my baby's one year birthday! Our server was Melissa who was amazing! Everyone drank a ton and she was always on top of it. Even with non alcohol drinks she was great! Brian was great too!! He called the day before and asked if I had any questions and what not. They limit you to 6 a cabana which was crappy and you had to wear masks but that's because of Covid so it's out of there control. What a nightmare of an experience with the pool staff and the entire security team at this resort. The ignorant pool staff dumped out my entire bag and told me that prescription medication is not allowed in the pool area. I had a bottle of Advil. Without complaining, I took it back to my room and went back to the entrance for the pool. The same two pool staff members refused to let me in, proceeded to harass me, then trespassed me after I had been at the pool all day. They then threatened me and my wife for allegedly not complying. The two staff members who started the problems need to be fired immediately. The one individual who started this whole mess by lying to her superiors is Amie Rich. She had the audacity to blatantly lie about the situation and then her superiors chose to believe her over me and my wife. Then, when I asked repeatedly to please pull up the video cameras, they ignored me and said what's done is done. They then tried to embarrass us by walking with us to get our belongings. I informed the police department of their incompetence and will be pursuing legal action against the pool staff and the entire security team. For the record, the waitresses at the pool were amazing. They even shook their heads at the pool and security staff for their power trip. And security there has to be the most uneducated individuals to ever put on a Hanes Cotton T-Shirt that says security on it. What an embarrassment to the establishment. We spent over half a GRAND at the pool... and then of the club music we heard, Karen walks over and tell us we area "Disgusting" for teach a guy that walk up to us and ask how do you twerk. After this explaining to Karen, she is like I have an 8 year old child over there and your dancing is inappropriate. Btw, Karen had a drink in her hand and was drunk. Great example right!!? Anyway, security came to us and said that we were causing a disturbance! For dancing to music!? Justin is the manager and he was a POS! The entire pool cheered for us and several people came to our defense while we were walking out. Nevertheless, Justin could not see the inequality in his decision to remove us due to his privilege. Again, not removing the individuals that started the entire situation and giving them to privilege to watch us get walked out by security was unbecoming. What's the deal? 1 HR 8 mins to get the rounds of drinks we ordered. You weren't busy by any means and were over staffed, how is that even possible?! We would have easily spent over $100 on food and beverage but couldn't get the waitress to ever come back. Even the couples on both sides of us got so annoyed they left. This is the only pool i know of in Vegas that allows locals without a hotel room so thanks to M Pool for the hospitality. Fees range from free on Friday's before noon during August-September pool season to $5-$10 after noon. I think kids 6 and under get in free. Lots of family's and couples here so it's not the mad pool party scene but you are better off here to relax and get your tan because there is no noisy party crowds. read more

We got entry to the M pool via spa purchase. However, the entry fee was only $20 a person,m for non guests, which isn't bad. We stayed at the pool for 4 hours, 12:30-4:30pm. The space: The pool itself is quite large. It's definitely a wading pool as it depth ranged from 3.5-4 feet, but very long so you can definitely swim laps if desired. The water was warmer than I'd like, but what can you do in 100 degree dessert sun? There were very few umbrellas, but plenty of lounge chairs. It was a bit of a battle finding shelter from the hot dessert sun. But we found one and just moved the umbrella throughout our time. They have "day beds" and private cabanas that are managed through the day club next to the pool. The day beds had a $50 rental fee with an agreement to spend $250 on food and drink. This would be a great deal for a group of 4+ because you'd end up spending that much anyway. But there was only 2 of us so it didn't really make sense. The day beds were nice because they surrounded the perimeter of the pool and they had a few in the middle of the pool so that you can wade around your day bed. The food/drink: We ordered a cocktail and a beer at first. I went to the bartender and ordered a bourbon smash, and he had no idea what it was. Luckily I knew the recipe and he made me a drink that was basically all liquor, which is great for a financially strapped individual such as myself, but difficult to really enjoy before becoming too inebriated. The bartenders were good conversationalists while they were making my drinks. We then ordered a bucket of domestic via the poolside servers. It was 5 beers for $29 and lasted us all day. Our server was very nice and efficient. She attended to us whenever we needed. Granted we tipped her every time she attended to us. We then ordered nachos and cheesy tots. The price was fair and there was A LOT of nachos. The environment: This was a very family friendly pool. Maybe because the M is off the strip and really mostly attended by locals, but the pool was only mildly busy. There were lots of children and families and a good handful of couples. I appreciated that there weren't a million millenials around snapping and doing it for the gram. We had plenty of space to wade and swim around. read more

Genuinely disappointed with my most recent experience. As a local and a regular guest it is truly sad to be treated poorly by management. My wife, sister, and I tried to come for a nice pool day as my sister was visiting from New York and wanted to show her around. We purchased the day bed with a $100 beverage minimum and a $50 service fee. Not even 30 minutes in and not yet finished with our first drink it started to pour down heavy rain. The management team refused to help us and made us pay the full amount. They did not advise us on their weather policy or had us sign anything prior to purchasing the day bed. We spent less than $60 on drinks and were there for less than 30 minutes and still charged us $120. The right thing to do was to just charge us general admission ($10 each) and for the drinks which would all come out to just under $90. Genuinely disappointing. One of the advantages to being a Las Vegas local, are access to the resort pools. The M Resort has an awesome deal for locals in the summer. $10 for locals, but women can put their name on a list, and it is free entry for the rest of the summer. Sorry guys, you still need to pay every time. However, the last time I came, a friend had rented a daybed, and it was free but there was a minimum of $200 in food and drinks. Well, a huge group of friends came out and did not have to pay entry because we all said we were there for the daybed under our friend's name. And between the 20 of us, we definitely spent way more than the minimum requirement. Best of all, the food and drinks were delish! The pitchers of margaritas and mojitos were pretty potent. They did not skimp on the alcohol at all. I also love that it is so kid friendly. There are these huge entrance sections with only 10 inches of water and is the perfect place for the little ones to just wade in and splash. The crowd is also a lot more laid back and chill than the strip resort pools. There are also a ton of families. But, my favorite perk is the fact that it is not a long hike to get to the pool from the parking structure. The servers are super friendly and we rarely waited to get anyone's attention. Bored of the pool in your back yard or apartment complex? This is definitely a great alternative to change it up for a day. Went here for a friend of a friend's birthday and I absolutely enjoyed it. There are two pools: the main pool for everyone and the 21+ pool. The main pool is a great size and I love that there is a super shallow part where you can put lounge chairs and lay so your tanning but also getting splashed by the water to cool off from the heat. I don't know what the cabanas are like since we didn't stay in one, but our group did get day beds and had to spend a certain amount to be able to stay there. Definitely worth it though! The 21+ pool is pretty small and was pretty crowded while we were there, but it was a nice change of pace from the family filled main pool. The main issue I had with this place was the service. First of all, we were required to spend a certain amount and it might have taken forever to get to that amount because of how long it took for us to get anything. We were clearly there to party and it would take a ridiculous amount of time for us to get something as simple as a round of straight shots. If they were busier and there were more people ordering, I could understand... But it just wasn't. Our drinks were pretty simple (no specialty cocktails or crazy mixtures here) and there really was no reason for us to have to wait as long as we did to get our orders. Also, the kitchen closed pretty early especially in comparison to the pool close time. If you're there and you're drinking, you're gonna need a bite at the end of a booze filled day and an early kitchen close does not help with that. Pools in vegas are frustrating. During summertime, its always hot, and those of us unlucky enough to not have access to a pool at home are forced to brave either the crowds and prices of a resort pool, or the germs and children's screams of a public pool. When picking between pee or spilled high priced alcohol in my chlorinated water, i'll always pick the resort. That being said, hotels pools are crowded, expensive, and often a pain to get to, requiring parking, and usually navigating a crowded, smoky casino. The M Pool however, is the lesser of all these evils. Unless you live in north las vegas, it's not that hard to get to, parking is easy, and the casino is one of the cleanest in the city. The Pool itself is modern, clean, and best of all, cheap. Err... cheaper than most. Ladies are free to get in, and guys cost $10. A small price to pay for access to a giant body of cool water on a 110 degree day. The bar and food menu is reasonably priced, and the quality of the food is just above decent. Perfect for consuming a bucket of beer and floating in your rubber ducky floaties. There is usually a DJ there on weekends that blasts pretty decent music, and there are plenty of seating options, especially daybeds and cabanas if you want to shell out a little extra $$$. All in all, if you're like me, and don't want to dig a hole in your backyard to get out of the summer heat, the M Pool is a great, and probably less invasive option. read more

They told me I could let two of my friends inside if i saved them a seat and they let my first friend in no problem but when my second friend came in they gave him issues. I honestly feel like it was because he was black and then gave me false information. If i asked if it was okay for my friends to come in later and tell me its okay then cool but dont tell me its okay then tell me my friend cant come in after i already asked if it was okay or not.
