This was my first time visiting Durango Casino and I was pleasantly surprised. It was extremely busy because of the Golden Knights playing tonight. The vibe was so upbeat in the casino and the atmosphere was amazing ! There are so many amazing places to eat as well. I also learned they have different movies for all ages they play at the pool as well on different days of the week . Lots of activity's here to do and lots of programs throughout the week.

Great seats. Fast service even during the fifa world cup game. $200 food and beverage minimum but well worth it to watch the big game plenty of space and comfortable seats.

Love this local casino because it's close to our house, has the best music, good food court options, a nice pool and a small layout. This weekend we had a chance to stay in one of their rooms and enjoyed a nice, relaxing staycation. The room was big, clean and had great amenities. The pool was great, very chill and relaxing. We also had a chance to participate in their Rock Shot Bingo event on Friday night. This event is a must if anyone gets a chance to sign up and participate. The bingo event is basically a party with a dj, glow sticks, free alcohol and prizes. The cost is $35pp and you have to be on the lookout for this event. Overall my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and look forward to getting a room again.

This review is for the hotel. I got an amazing deal on a suite during 2025 after Thanksgiving sale days. I made a reservation for my friend's birthday in May 2026. We did a two night staycation and didn't have to hire pet sitters. She and I live close to the Durango so we could just roll back home for pet duties. The suite is very nice and well equipped. I thought it would work out great for us to share the room as it has a guest powder room, and I brought some bedding from home so I could sleep on the couch. The couch was actually very comfortable. The issue though was noise in that part of the suite. There is a very active ice maker in the bar area and the A/C was very loud when it went on and off. You didn't hear those things in the master bedroom, however the noise was very apparent when in the front room watching TV. Other than that, the room was great. Unfortunately I have to talk about another negative. We ordered a room service breakfast one morning. It was really pretty bad! The scrambled eggs were a watery mush. The hash browns were a strange triangular brick that was hard as a hockey puck on the outside and flavorless on the inside. The toast was nothing special. There were a few bright spots...The bacon was good. The coffee was good. We added fresh OJ and that was good as well. I would stay here again. Maybe just book two standard rooms instead of the suite. I would not order room service breakfast again. The George serves breakfast which I'm sure would be much better!

Durango Casino & Resort is the newest casino and resort in the Las Vegas Southwest. Bright casino floor with friendly servers and bartenders, a plethora of restaurants in the 'Eat Your Heart Out' food court, nice sports book with outdoor seating to watch your favorite sports on the big screens while enjoying a beverage for happy hour. Even a speakeasy in one of the restaurants. I have been here multiple times and even enjoyed a few events in the banquet halls, our company holiday party and CPE training in the smaller rooms even catered by the resort staff. I find this casino unique in that you can see light through the north to south side of the casino. Most block out light, so you do not know what time it is. Lots of table games and the newest slot machines available. Will be back again to try other restaurants and watch a game or two on the patio.

This place is the best lol. My aunt and uncle introduced me to this place because they live in the area. It feels very new, modern, and clean - it's only like 2-3 years old I believe? They have $1.99 frozen margs - enough said?! haha. Their sports-watching area is really nice - huge screens literally 360 playing all the things! Sit here and enjoy the game. They have a food court and different options. Of course, all the gambling. Idk what else to say, but it's a nice place! I always have a good time here.

Durango Resort has been a location we make time to visit when we're just arriving to Vegas or about to head home from Vegas. A great property that is considered a locals casino. This property has a lot of parking and many entrances for this casino. Durango has the Eat Your Heart Out food hall that offers solid options. There is the Oyster Bar brand here at this property and usually its not too busy. If you have never had "Oyster Bar" they are 24 hours and offer the best Pan Roasts! The food hall also has great coffee options from Vesta and a Prince Street Pizza. The gaming here offers affordable limits at the table games and video version of craps, blackjack and roulette. The sportsbook here is huge and well maintained! There's lots of seating inside and they have an outdoor area to watch sports too. Apparently, there is also at 24 hour restaurant by the sportsbook. This property is very chill and not very crowded the times we have visited. I had not stayed here before, but I like visiting the Durango during the few trips to Vegas we take each year. Durango is awesome and I've won some $$ here at few times! ( ^_^)b

I like the brightness and the variety of restaurants at Durango. The slot floor has a great variety also. It's a polished casino, aesthetics wise. There are many bars with bartop gaming. Customer service is another story, at least in the High Limit slots room. I've played in here every few months since the casino opened. During my latest visit, I sat at the bar & the 2 bartenders served the few customers at the bar. I'm pretty sure they didn't serve those on the slot floor. This has been my experience most of the visits here. There was a lot of talking between the employees, both behind me and next to me at the bar. Awkward! I don't always have a drink when I'm in this room, but at least I'd expect the offer when playing on the slot floor.

    The beautiful view! Wow! Amazing!

Let me begin with the hotel check in. I called hours in advance to see if early check-in is available. The front desk said no problem. We get to the hotel and the gentleman at the front desk said it's not available. They will text me when it's available. 45 minutes later no text messages. I go to the front desk and ask again and they tell me the same information again. Such poor customer service, poor communications from the employees. Two hours later we finally get a room. This is a Wednesday checkin...unbelievable! Plus there's no vip check-in unlike Redrock or Green Valley Hotel. We will never stay here again!!! Check out the photos. It's a view of the rooftop and parking area. I'll be sure to contact the casino host.

Durango Casino & Resort is now one of my favorite casinos in Las Vegas. Why? Because of the amazing layout of the casino! I had visited the Durango Casino & Resort on a Friday morning around 11:00 A.M. It was my first time at the casino, so I ended up parking in the parking garage. I took the elevator down and it dropped me right into the food court, which was awesome! There are a few places that I do want to try out inside the food court, but I actually was going to the Summer House for lunch instead! The floor layout at the Durango Casino & Resort is open. The Ceilings are high, which is great! It's so spacious and there is a lot of natural light in the casino. The way it was architected and designed is amazing! This casino recently opened in December of 2023! The casino floor has a wide range of slot machines, table games, and an awesome sports book that has double sided LED video wall. It also has approximately 200 seats for a immersive viewing experience! If you're looking for other amenities at the Durango Casino & Resort, there is a pool that has daybeds and cabanas. There is also a meeting and convention space at the casino too! If you're staying on site at one of the rooms, there is a fitness center, free parking, EV charging stations, and mobile check in! I do plan on coming back soon to the Durango Casino & Resort, specifically for the Food Hall. The Eat Your Heart Out Food Hall has over 11 different eateries! Some of the ones I do want to try out include the Hawaiian Ai Pono Café and Prince St. Pizza! Other restaurants include the following Mijo Modern Mexican Nicco's Prime Cuts & Fresh Fish Summer House (I had lunch here and it was such a wonderful experience!!! I did have to take my meal to go though!) I had a great time at the Durango Casino & Resort. The casino is stunning and there are a lot of great places to eat at inside the resort!

I'm gonna be honest, When this first came out, I got excited and all of a sudden I felt like it was dead beat!. A year later, this place is so off the hook!! Well lit, the machines are finally paying!! And i'm having a blast with all my close friends!! Watch out las vegas durango is the sh#t!!

Thank you Alina for making my first visit a pleasurable one. She was so gracious, friendly, and professional. I'm not a big sports betting kind of guy and so hanging out at a place like this is out of the norm. The Caesar salad was decent and hit the spot. The vibe overall was great. There's also seating outside with even more large screen monitors for easy viewing. One thing I did witness is a local guy who had too much to drink and vape who not only couldn't pay his bill, but also got too friendly with a few local patrons, out of town customers (including my table), and two servers. I think the two servers had to endure at least 30 minutes of his bullshit including him getting a little too touchy with them. In my opinion, management took way too long before stepping in. These girls have a lot of stuff happening while needing to put on a smile whether they want to or not. Management, please take care of your girls better! If you want a great place to hang with your friends or special someone while watching your favorite sport, I highly recommend the sports bar area. It's off the strip, prices our catered to the local community, and Alina will take care of you. Cheers!

Love the Durango located a little off the main strip. A great place to go to gamble eat and watch sports or even spend the night. Very new and clean located in a great area with plenty of parking in the garage or outside. Parking is free loaded with restaurants not like the main Vegas Strip where they charge $25 to park.

The staff throughout the resort were amazing, and although the pool was a bit crowded, it was kept very clean. While we had a wonderful time, there were some lapses in room service that need improvement. Unfortunately, our room was not thoroughly cleaned during our stay: the table was not cleared after our room service meal, there was some trash left on the floor, and the bathtub had not been properly scrubbed. It seems as though their renovations have been completed. If you stayed here when it was the Mandarin Oriental, you will remember you had to go to the 3rd floor to check-in. Speaking of location this place is in a very good location putting many establishments within a short walk or inexpensive rideshare. The great part is that this location is located near what was once known as CityCenter and is now known as the Aria Campus. This is where plenty of newer buildings are located and plenty to do in this area. Check in and customer service were spot on. Of course, this being the Waldorf Astoria there are aspects of customer service you expect to find here that goes beyond other hotels. I especially like it when all your included amenities are explained without having to ask or even explain it to the front desk. The hotel staff comes early in case your room needs a refresh but if you leave your room later, they will leave a nice little paddle on your door to let you know they stopped by. It is very easy to reschedule a time for them to come back and may not be needed since they clean your room everyday. I mentioned to the front desk that I needed something and from the time I spoke with the front desk to going to our room on the 17th floor it was already in the valet door. A good stay but there were a few attention to detail aspects that could be worked on. I noticed there was a significant accumulation of dust at one of the vents. Also masking tape was used to keep the shower door sweep in place. Not something you would expect to see in the flagship brand within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio.

I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. I always leave here feeling great!

We optioned for the only rooms left 2 queen beds. Disappointing. When we finally got a room, after going back to the front desk, another person told us that the rooms WERE ready; however, there was still no king bed. He said he would comp our self-parking. (I rolled my eyes privately) (jump ahead......did NOT work when we drove out of parking to 40.00.). Restaurants were wonderful. All the services there were very good. LOUD. Really LOUD throughout the hotel. Food was wonderful, but yelling to speak to table guests. If you want to be in a nightclub for 24 hours, this is your place. But...at some point, maybe in the restaurants......lower the music a bit.

The best hotel on the Strip. Period…read more We stayed in a Fountain View Terrace room, and it was everything we hoped for. At check-in, they offered us an upgrade to a Wraparound Terrace, but they couldn't guarantee a fountain view. We passed--and I'm so glad we did. At roughly 709 square feet, the room feels enormous by Vegas standards and has more than enough space to spread out. The bathroom deserves its own review. There's a massive walk-in shower and a two-person soaking tub positioned next to a window overlooking the Strip and the bedroom. It's one of those little luxuries that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the room. Then there's the balcony. This is the Vegas view. Watching the Bellagio fountains from your own private terrace never gets old. There's a couch, a chair, and plenty of room to relax. One of our favorite afternoons was alternating between a cold soak in the tub and lounging on the warm patio in the desert sun. Honestly, it was better than a spa. Robes and towels are provided... whether you wear the robes is entirely up to you. Do yourself a favor before you arrive: bring your own coffee, favorite drinks, and a few snacks. It gives the room an all-inclusive resort feel without the all-inclusive price. If you can bring yourself to leave the room, you're surrounded by some of the best food on the Strip. Grab a breakfast sandwich from Eggslut, hunt down Secret Pizza for the best New York-style slice outside of NYC, and take advantage of the incredible happy hours and restaurants throughout the resort. Final Verdict The Cosmopolitan isn't just a place to sleep--it's part of the vacation. The room, the balcony, the view, and the unbeatable food options make it the hotel I'll compare every future Vegas stay against.
