Before we started I told her that I'd rather we err on the side of dark rather than going too light. I also told her I wanted low maintenance highlights, as I go awhile between appointments. After 4 hours in the chair, I left with bright and incredibly brassy money pieces. They change the whole look AND they start about an inch and a half away from my hairline. This was the most I've ever paid for my hair and the least I've ever liked it, and I've been highlighting my hair for 7 years now.

Because they are closed after I get off of work, I decided to take the 8AM Saturday slot. It was so busy this morning! But, I got my hair washed, blown out, and trimmed all within 45 minutes.
