"I'll be concise and sum up this review in one word - "Yuck!" This place is the absolute epitome of pretentious garbage. I literally vomited after eating here, almost on the front steps as I was leaving, but luckily, I was able to duck behind a bush along the side of the restaurant. Found a live cockroach on the counter where they set customer's orders. There was one bum that tried to get free food. The lady upfront probably could be a little nicer, but think about all the crap she has to go through day in and day out, and you would be a little mean as well. Every time I stop in, the donuts taste old and nasty. I will no longer come here. Nasty.Also the counter by the door is always a mess and smells of spoiled milk. No stars... Disgusting place fill with donuts and flies. Dirty.... We told two girls the fly was inside and they didn't do anything. They didn't even bother to throw them away. They kept them. The floors were dirty. The sugar was empty and the donuts were super oily. Aside from all of that, EVERYTHING was stale. Stale is an understatement. Dry, and almost made of nothing. The donut holes were just shells, with a flakey, dry substance inside them. Donut? It's more like "DO- NOT!" As in "DO NOT eat here!" My hubby and I stopped here cuz I had a craving for a bran muffin (I know, I know) and as soon as we walked in, I had that feeling. You know.. The one that says "Don't eat here, you'll be sorry?" Shoulda yelped em first. Two of the most burnt, stale nasty tasting muffins we've ever had. I should have saved mine and used it for a doorstop. "NO COMER AQUI!" Will never go back. Actually charges for creamer for the coffee, didnt mention this when I purchased and put change in tip jar but when I tried to make my coffee I was directed to a sign on the wall away from register and coffee station. I left without the coffee. read more

The jelly filled donuts both strawberry and lemon have a very odd taste and the donut holes tasted stale even though they should have been fresh considering it was 6AM. I had been waiting for nearly 10 minutes while the two employees worked on other orders (fine... but like how long does it take to microwave an egg) and then a man (owner? manager?) walks in from the back, says something to one of the girls, and points to the guy behind me who had *just* walked in and says "yeah, he needs help". She had seen me, and knew exactly when I had walked in, because she was ringing up a customer when I walked in and I walked right up behind him. So yeah. Ridiculous. read more

They are always crowded, when I pass by. So I decided to stop in,to see what all the fuss was about. My eyes nearly popped out, after seeing all the scrumptious donuts, as well as other tasty treats. Probably my favorite donut spot on the IE. we used to love right across the street from here and every visit Nancy would greet us so cheerfully and even remember our orders. 2 years ago we moved to Redlands but still make our way to Colton just for the FRESH donuts and boba. Best donuts in the area. I luv this place I use to go at 4am when I was on my way to work at the VA hospital when it was just the man and the lady that was over 8 years ago. Went in for national donut day and the lady helped 2 asian women that came in after me. The women clearly knew I had been waiting but cared less. Being that the owner was asian I figured out quickly what was going on. Then she didn't give me my change and pretended to be in a conversation so I wouldn't notice.
