4 stars. I've had the donuts from Yum Yum Donuts before and honestly they're pretty solid. But this review is more about the service and their bacon avocado xtreme melt sandwich. The lady helping me was super friendly and welcoming. I came in hungry looking for a breakfast bagel sandwich, and she recommended the bacon avocado xtreme melt. She definitely made the right call because that sandwich hit the spot. Paired perfectly with their coffee and honestly made for a really satisfying breakfast. Good service goes a long way, and because of that experience, I'd definitely come back to try more items on the menu. read more

Visited this location 2x had terrible experiences both times. Today, the older woman with glasses and a bun took my order was so rude. When I asked for half 1/2 donuts, she sarcastically asked if I wanted to pick them out too, as if that wasn't normal. I asked for the cream-filled donut balls, and she responded with a condescending tone and asked me did I mean the cream puffs I said yes with the cold filling, she said there never cold there kept in a heating pan, unlike at the Riverside location where they keep them cold and staff is much friendlier. Great service, young people were happy. Quiet atmosphere, small place with a few tables inside. They still freshly squeezed juices. They also sell bagels by the dozen, which were amazing. I have asked for a jalapeño bagel doble toasted when I got my food, the bagel was barely toasted. I asked at the counter if they can remake the bagel so it was doble toasted and the cashier said yes but the other employee named Alondra said " I will make it triple toasted now so she don't ask again". I felt so disrespected about the fact the manager was standing next to her and not said nothing about the comment alondra made. I like this place. But I am giving a 3 for many reasons. The good reasons are the food are solid, they taste good. I like how it comes to us steamy and hot. The drinks are good. The staff members are nice in a way. The bad reasons are that the food did have some strange taste to it. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese but I could barely taste the bacon. Donuts are good. Very uniform vs the "home baked" style. Super fast and bilingual staff (Spanish/English) makes this place a great morning stop for many locals on their way to work. Not very big, so expect a crowd in the morning and the small tables pushed close together. read more

Went to this location to get a breakfast sandwich, by how I saw how my sandwich was being made I wasn't sure if I should continue to purchase the sandwich, I don't know if the lady even washed her hands. Donuts are always good a fresh no doubt but the customer service is spotty. In a business where an Avg. Ticket is probably $5-$10 you would think if you CALL AHEAD and spend $63 you might get a little customer service? Nope. This location has "Puffies" and that is why I always come here! The iced coffee isn't my favorite so I ask fkrnt plain and I sweeten it with their stuff of the side and it works for me! the donuts are good, the ham and cheese is great! The food and drinks here are always good but not good enough to deal with the workers attitudes every morning. This morning I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and the worker gave me a plain croissant, I politely told her I'm sorry but I asked for a bagel. She proceeded to tell me I told her a croissant, not a bagel. She reluctantly took the croissant to throw it away and started toasting the bagel. When my bagel was ready she placed it on the counter and waved at me rudely to get my attention that it was ready. I also ordered a caramel iced coffee but realized it was hazelnut flavor when I had already gotten to work. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the interior looked, though it would look much better if it had been cleaned more recently. Nobody greeted my wife and me when we entered; we waited to be acknowledged by a bored-looking employee who barely made eye contact. The donuts are delicious, and the jalapeno-cream cheese pastry I ordered on the side was something I'd never tried before, and I loved it! I enjoyed seeing many unique items on the menu, like a doughnut with fruity pebbles. They get one star for that. However, I probably won't be going back to this location, because after I got home, I found avocado in my blueberry bagel. The person who prepared my bagel used a dirty knife to cut it in half! You know what I come here pretty often because it is near my job. The quality of the food is pretty good, I only had an issue ONCE with their egg. It was rotten green ruined the whole sandwich but I decided to still try them out because of location convenience. Ever since my sandwiches have been pretty good. My MAIN issue here is the employees. They are SO RUDE, you would think they would be nice to at least regulars but nope. They have this "I hate my job, don't talk to me" I have noticed with some male customers their attitude changes and even get all flirtatious. I know people have bad days but every single time I go, I get the same attitude from all the employees. It's gets really annoying, only person who is nice is the male worker who is always attentive and even says thank you have a nice day It would be nice if there was a change of attitude, like come on you work at a donut shop where people usually start their mornings. Customer service here SUCKS. No greeting rude as hell. Ordered a pastrami on a croissant come to find out they put onions and jalapenos on it. Never asked for those. Allergic to jalapenos thank god i only got a small portion of the jalapeno but had to throw rest of sandwhich out so was a waste of money. Will NEVER go back to that location. I just went here 20 minutes ago to buy my employees Saturday morning breakfast before work. I ordered 5 ham and cheese croissants with jalapenos. They didn't have anymore croissants they they substituted it with some sort of flat bread thing. After standing around for 5 minutes, some girl finally tells me they only have 2 of the flat bread things and asked whether I wanted to substitute it with something else or get my money back. She suggest bagels so I agreed with plain bagels. After another another 5 minutes I finally get my food. It's not the waiting or running out of product that upsets me. It's the fact that I get back to my office and give my employees their food and I noticed that something important was missing, the cheese and jalapenos. I paid for ham and cheese with jalapenos, instead got ham.... JUST HAM.
