Amazing service. We came in on a Monday night and was greeted by an incredibly sweet man running the shop by himself named TY. We got a chocolate and glaze donut. Both donuts were soft and delicious and cheap as well. He also gave us free donut holes. He asked us if we were paying with cash because he didn't want to charge us the $0.75 fee for the card machine. Let me get this right, I cannot put my hands on the display counter because of Covid-19, totally understandable, but the maskless guy going on a coughing rant standing behind my unvaccinated kid is ok. Even when I told the lady at the counter that it's unacceptable that the guy was in the store maskless coughing on customers her excuse was that the CDC lifted the mask mandate and he could be there without a mask. No lady you are wrong and honestly this is not the first time I've seen people in here maskless. For the time being I'll skip Honeycomb donuts as the place I take my kids on Sundays. read more

There donuts are good but gonna pass from now on. I stopped a couple of days ago and the first thing I noticed was a loud white guy with his granddaughter. He nor his granddaughter were wearing a mask. The grandfather was talking loud (more spit) and leaning all over the counter. He was also close enough to be spiting all over the plastic drape the owners have made. I then look to the register area and the customer there had his mask around his chin and was talking to one of the women who work there. I walked out. I feel for the owners but both parties should have been refused service. I am sure I am immune but others I contact may not. My family and I have been getting donuts from this place for years, it is tempting to have such addicting donuts so close to my parents' home, thankfully I moved further away so there is some control over the sweet cravings. To me, and for the past few years, my bf, these are the best donuts we have ever tasted. Our all-time favorites are the maple bars and the old-fashioned cake donuts. There is the perfect amount of crispiness on the edges that we have not been able to find anywhere else. The donuts are always light and fresh, there is a line in the morning. We do not come as often due to the distance and have not tried anything else but they do serve coffee and bagels as well. This is a hole-in-the-wall old-fashioned shop, nothing fancy, cash only.
