However, I have had repeated issues with the office manager that have made my visits frustrating. I regularly receive reminder texts and calls confirming my appointments. But when I arrive, I am often told that they do not have proper authorization from my insurance and am asked to wait. This should have been verified in advance before confirming my appointment. During my last visit, instead of helping resolve the issue, the office manager kept taking outside calls one after another. I even told her that if she was busy, I would be happy to reschedule, but instead of handling the situation professionally, she spoke to me in a very unprofessional and confrontational way. There are many dental offices in this area, but I continue to come because the dentist is excellent. However, I am concerned that because of the poor customer service from the office manager, patients may choose to go elsewhere, and the practice could lose customers.

There was also a gift bag on my chair waiting for me when I walked in the room. One of my other favorite parts is that each room is your own personal suite. It's covered by my insurance even though it takes a while to initially get in. I now go every 2 weeks without an issue. So far so good.

If left untreated, a tooth abscess can spread to the surrounding bone and neighboring teeth. In rare cases, it can cause sepsis, which is potentially life-threatening just what kind of dental clinic would allow things to go for so long jeopardizing a patients health.
