A lot of people associate going to the dentist as a scary unpleasant experience because let's face it pulling tugging fixing things in our mouth is BUT this office goes above and beyond to take away all those fears and discomfort and turned going to a dentist into a relaxing enjoyable time YES I SAID ENJOYABLE. I went for the first time brought my 7 year old with me because he was on spring break and not only did they make me feel taken care of and comfortable they took notice of my son and made him comfortable. They provided a blanket and asked him if he wanted juice. You don't see this type of care all the time and it goes a loooong way because of them I booked my return in 3 months and I am looking forward to it... something I didn't think possible at a dentist office. Both my wife and I were patients of Zachary Potts for about 4 years. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Many of the front desk receptionists knew me and my wife by name. That being said, I was pushed into getting Invisalign because "my bite was mis-aligned" and they told me my insurance already pays for ~$2500 and all I have to pay is $2500 on an interest-free monthly plan. I agreed and paid off my portion in a few months. They initially told me I would have the Invisalign for about 6 months, but it took about 18 months, and even then, I didn't think the results were great. Also they never told me I would need to sleep with retainers for LIFE when I was signing up. A month before the 18 months were over, I was laid off from my job and lost my insurance. You can imagine my surprise and frustration when I got a bill saying that I owe an additional $1600 because they didn't collect it from the insurance. When I explained my situation to the finance person and told them I had paid off my portion over a year ago. They kept repeating to me in a condescending tone how insurance works. I kept telling them that I don't care how insurance works and that it is not my problem that they didn't collect the payment in 18 months. They kept insisting that I pay it and I told her that if I do, I will leave and take my whole family with and she said fine. So congratulations, your finance person saved you $1600 but cost you 6 customers (myself, wife, and four kids) for life! read more
