They truly set the standard for what professional, compassionate dentistry should look like. What really sets them apart is how they treat you--they make you feel like family and genuinely care for you as if you were one of their own. I had a dental emergency on a Saturday, and not only was I able to reach them, but they both showed up and took care of me right away. The level of care, precision, and dedication they showed in that moment meant a lot to me. Also, my hygienist Bahram is incredible--easily the best I've ever had. His attention to detail and the quality of his cleanings are unmatched. I actually travel hours multiple times a year just to see him. I won't go to any other dental office. Had an wonderful experience as soon as I stepped in through the door. Was greeted with warm personality and caring team. Got temp checked and hand sanatized before anything started. The staff and quality of their profession is very home like. Staff and Doctors show care and bring great humor to the table making it very easy to relax and enjoy going to the dentist. I would of never thought I would enjoy being at the dentist but they made it so much easier. Great work on cleaning teeth and filling two cavities I had. Quick story: I first went to Dr. Johnstone 13 years ago. She was the first doctor who demonstrated what real teeth cleaning should be like and totally understood my fear of needles and put me at ease (fear=screaming my head off when I was little when the dentist tried to stick a needle in my gums and other dentists had to come out to calm me down because I was causing other patients to be jumpy). She then moved and I lost touch. Had a change of insurance and had to change dentist office and went through other shady dentists (I mean...real shady in good areas too....honest dentists are very hard to come by nowadays) and got fed up. Searched for her and decided that traveling an hour to see her will be worth it. Result: same honest to goodness Dentist who still cares about my dental health and is genuine and damn good at her field of practice. First check in July 2014 for teeth cleaning: I told her the last dentist told me I had 9 cavities and was going to charge me over 2 grand and she told me that all I needed was a procedure (don't know the name) that required drilling (painless!!) and resealing with an out of pocket cost of only $50 after insurance kicks in. (By the way, at the time I saw her I got my ppo insurance.) She even remembered me after all these years!!!! Bahram the hygienist was very reassuring, efficient, funny as heck, and super conscious of me and kept asking me if I was doing ok. Gave me a care package of toothbrush, paste, floss, and mouthwash. Today: Bahram was super funny and quickly put me at ease. The state of my teeth improved (the pockets that they measured improved) but he wasn't quite satisfied and wanted to do more for me. I mean, who does that? I have never encountered someone like him. And he gave me this toothbrush that would attack my problem area along with the care package. And Dr. Johnstone came in and chatted with me. And for the first time in my life I finally understood how bleaching and teeth whitening works. I'll be using her analogy with my kids. Ok so the rest: receptionists were super friendly and awesome. One of them has an British accent. I love listening to her speak. Lol The wait area has snacks and water for you! What?!?! Super awesome!!!! Plenty of parking so no worries. They also can make appointments in advance. Honestly, it is hard to find someone I can fully trust but she has my full confidence. Had an emergency, PAINful tooth ache, Dr. Johnstone added me to he busy schedule, fitted me in within thirty minutes. LUCKY for me. X-rays, no root issues. Folks be careful eating popcorn or tortillas chips. Trapped particle between tooth and gum, Dr. Johnstone did her magic, a little antibiotic good to go. Thank you Dr. J & your wonderful Staff. Two words: compassionate and confident. Dr. Saremi has been my dentist for more than 20 years and he understands my needs. I am wheelchair-bound and he will make whatever accommodations necessary to ensure my comfort as I am unable to sit in the dentist's chair. I think the fact that he's been my dentist all these years speaks to how at ease I am with him. I can't tell you how many times I've needed dental work (no dental insurance) and Dr. Saremi would allow me to make payments that I could afford. Reminds me of a country doctor minus the pigs or chickens. Dr. Johnstone makes me feel relaxed and that's not easy to do in a dentist's office; she is affable and patient in explaining what is necessary for my dental care. The two make an excellent team. I don't think these two dentists could provide the level of care and expertise if not for the wonderful staff. Again, everyone at this office is pleasant and able to take a sometimes painful experience and make it so much less so. read more

Walk in to the office and just observe. You'll see bubbling receptionists, hygenists, assistants, and dentists up and down the hall. Many have been working together longer than I've been alive. Everyone is smiling- there are laughs from room to room and pleasant music echoing. Dentist offices are never meant to be this...dare I say...enjoyable? But Dr. Saremi's is. Your appointment time arrives and you are taken into one of the treatment rooms- all clean and comfortable. TVs and headphones wait for your use if you so desire and not a minute after sitting down I am getting a look through. I am comfortable, in no pain and cannot help but smile. Cleanings are thorough and my fillings have been painless. Dr. Saremi spent an extra while getting my bite right and checking another tooth because to him my dental health is paramount. Honestly, no one really likes going to the dentist, BUT...I have been going to see Dr. Saremi and his staff for 16 years now, and I drive over 40 miles each way to do so because I don't want to give him up! It's like going to visit friends! They are so welcoming, smiling, (yes, even with masks on), kind, professional and considerate. It's a bit difficult for me to do x-rays and they are gentle and quick and make it comfortable. All of the staff is wonderful and friendly. On one occasion I had to go in for an emergency and Dr. Saremi was there in his office immediately to see me. And when I have had the occasional dental work besides the regular cleaning, I feel absolutely NO PAIN as he knows how to give the novocain without hurting me at all! My family have been patients of Dr. Saremi and team for more than 10 years, and I cannot say enough about them. I have many, many problems with my teeth as a result of radiation and a genetic condition so I have severe dental phobia. Wow I am speechless. Never have I been so comfortable at a dental office. The staff immediately greets you, you are then taken into a consultation room where you have 1:1 time with the doctor, then you're taken into an examination room. I've had the pleasure of being the patient of both Dr. Saremi and Dr. Johnstone. (due to my difficult schedule). Two great / different personalities but they have this in common; they work with you, they diagnose only what is needed, and neither of them have tried to up-sale me on unnecessary procedures!
