SCAM! Won't respond to messages. Called and left a voicemail to cancel an appointment 2 days in…read moreadvance and never heard back. 1 day before the scheduled appt I got a confirmation email so I then emailed her and said I called and left a voicemail to cancel the night before. Never heard anything so a few hours later I TEXTED to make sure the appt was canceled and that's when she decided to respond. She told me it was short notice and sent me a receipt for $100. In her policy it stated that I had to give 24 hours notice to receive my deposit back and not be charged a short notice fee, which I gave when I called and left the voicemail. Not only did she wrongly charge me $100 for "short notice", my bank has TWO separate charges from her equaling a total of $200 and both charges have been posted. She will not acknowledge any of my messages, but is screenshotting them and posting them to her instagram story saying I cancelled short notice when I have the proof of the call I gave her, the email, and the text. I reached out a total of THREE times and she will only acknowledge the time of when I texted her and not the TWO other times I reached out plenty of time in advance. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & embarrassing. I have all the screenshots to prove EVERYTHING.
