Being military, we have lived in 5 different states and by far, this is the worst car wash company we have experienced so far. Zero responsibility and zero accountability. They always have excuses too! Seriously get ready for a litany of excuses, they come daily! I only pass the car wash after dropping my kids off to school in the morning. Well their hours changed and you have to make a call to the answering machine to know that. They don't ever answer their phone, even if it's within business hours. So don't call and expect to get any additional info, updates or help! This week I waited EVERY DAY during what was suppose to be normal business hours, for this company to open. I waited 30 minutes at their driveway each day: Mon-Thur, I was there a few minutes after 10AM, Fri I tried at 8AM-8:30AM. I finally got fed up the last two days and made calls to their answering machine and blasted them. Instead of apologies I got childish behavior with excuse after excuse that "they were doing maintenance." For the record, to run a good company, which me and my family have done across the nation for decades, you do your "so called maintenance" prior to open business hours or after hours. You NEVER leave customers waiting each day with no update and refusing to walk out and chat with them about what's going on. Based on this boys hellacious response and behavior to a disgruntled customer, and rightfully so since this happened every day of the week to her, he was rude, disrespectful, condescending and had zero common sense in his responses to me. I decided to cancel my membership on the spot and will never return! Can't wait for the new car wash to open up because this place won't see a dime from me ever again! Seems they have turned their Facebook reviews off because those were so bad too. Seriously people, take your business elsewhere, this place is a joke at best! They need to learn some basic common sense and basic customer service skills!

The supervisor Josh is unprofessional and is terrible at customer service. He put my lugnut on too…read moretight and refused to acknowledge his mistake. He keep saying he used a torque gun but obviously he torqued it too tight bc I took my car to a body shop to have some parts replaced, and it broke and disformed the metal. He let me know he was not going to replace a wheel barring even though this was his error. He also went two days without calling me back then told me he waiting for a higher up. He was also going to charge me $500 to change two tire rods that I had done for 200 somewhere else. He was going to charge 150 a piece and I know those parts are $50. 2 new tires and tire rods and he was going to charge me a 1k. Clearly he saw a female and thought he could take advantage of me. He has no business being a supervisor. So I went and saw Justin at the other Danville location and as soon as he saw the lugnut, he says it's obvious it was on too tight. I told him he said he was waiting on someone to call him back. He said who? And when I told him what he said, he just shook his head said if you had brought this to me I would have replaced it no questions asked. He also couldnt believe the amount he was going to charge me, nor could he believe how he acted. Do not waste your time at this location. Go see Justin on Hustonville Rd.

Came in for window tinting at their old location, after I had to remove some existing. They were…read moreone of the few ones that got an early appt. Waiting room was nice and people were as well, didn't have any complaints. Up until the "finished" product and there after... When I requested to see how dark the tint would be.. they told me to look at this little cube that had a light in it .. poor example. Once on the car.. they had this spray and liquid ALL. OVER. THE CAR. DOOR. Never have I seen poor quality in person I was aghast. Never have newbies practice on customer cars, go practice on personal cars. This spray was going down the door and looked terrible.. only for them to say if I approved of it lol - that it looked like you know what. Well they didn't clean that up. Then I took it home. -I- cleaned it up. The rear passenger window had a beautiful knick in it. From where someone let the seatbelt whip against it. For sure it wasn't me, I've got no kids, no pets and no one rides in the back. They tried to completely pin it on me. Saying it wasn't there upon them turning it in. Finally convinced them to fix it along with the little cargo window. Which also looked like you know what. (Free of charge cause there wasn't no way I was going to pay) At the end of the day, the one rear passenger window, they STILL left a seatbelt knick in it, probably out of spite, but it wasn't terrible and ghastly. The windows one cannot see directly have bubbles and they still do - despite them saying "they will dry out" - a month later in summer 90 degree heat. Check your final product! And the progress, if you will -absolutely- do any business here. They're very xclusive in washing their hands of fault. Just move on and find another one. Even if it involves driving a fish bowl for another week.
