Purchased 2 monthly memberships for me and my husbands vehicles. We are new to the area and we really wanted to like this place! This company's customer service is simply deplorable! Being military, we have lived in 5 different states and by far, this is the worst car wash company we have experienced so far. Zero responsibility and zero accountability. They always have excuses too! Seriously get ready for a litany of excuses, they come daily! I only pass the car wash after dropping my kids off to school in the morning. Well their hours changed and you have to make a call to the answering machine to know that. They don't ever answer their phone, even if it's within business hours. So don't call and expect to get any additional info, updates or help! This week I waited EVERY DAY during what was suppose to be normal business hours, for this company to open. I waited 30 minutes at their driveway each day: Mon-Thur, I was there a few minutes after 10AM, Fri I tried at 8AM-8:30AM. I finally got fed up the last two days and made calls to their answering machine and blasted them. Instead of apologies I got childish behavior with excuse after excuse that "they were doing maintenance." For the record, to run a good company, which me and my family have done across the nation for decades, you do your "so called maintenance" prior to open business hours or after hours. You NEVER leave customers waiting each day with no update and refusing to walk out and chat with them about what's going on. Based on this boys hellacious response and behavior to a disgruntled customer, and rightfully so since this happened every day of the week to her, he was rude, disrespectful, condescending and had zero common sense in his responses to me. I decided to cancel my membership on the spot and will never return! Can't wait for the new car wash to open up because this place won't see a dime from me ever again! Seems they have turned their Facebook reviews off because those were so bad too. Seriously people, take your business elsewhere, this place is a joke at best! They need to learn some basic common sense and basic customer service skills! read more

I've been there twice and the first time was a great experience. The girl that was the attendant was very sweet and completely professional. Today, not so much. Justin was working as the attendant and said he was the "manager" and was so rude. I can't believe he treated a customer the way he did. He snatched my card out of my hand and walked off because he didn't like something I said jokingly in the beginning. He became increasingly belligerent yet very smug as the conversation went on. When I asked for a receipt he refused saying their printer wasn't working so I suggested they write one out by hand and he refused again. When I asked for a manager he said he was the manager and refused to get someone with more authority for me to speak with until the very end when he had his owner come outside. The owner wasn't really much better. She also tried to tell me their printer wasn't working but my receipt just happened to be blowing in the breeze on the printer which she gave to me in the end. No one offered any kind of apology. I will drive to Nicholasville for a full-service car wash before I go back there again. read more

I highly dislike composing negative reviews, actually highly dislike isn't strong enough for my feelings when it comes to composing negative reviews. I HATE composing negative reviews, but unfortunately I have to for this car wash. Their staff is very friendly, but their machines are not. What do I mean by this? I mean I know of at least three times when this specific car wash has damaged cars terribly. The reason I am aware of these three times is because I experienced them. One time I was taking a decently new Chevrolet through this car wash and the machines smashed one mirror while shattering the glass on the other. Another time I took a different vehicle through (for a family member) and it ripped a decorative Plexiglas piece off of the side. This second vehicle was also practically new, and the decorative piece was one made onto the vehicle in the factory. I obviously, now will never use this car wash again. I will never use any machine ran car wash again for the fear of it doing the same, or worse. I am currently using M.V. Car Cleaning and am very happy with my service there.
