So the reason for this one star is on the service department. I bought my bike here in 2019 super…read morehappy with the purchase and price and everything on that end. So in 2022 I took my bike there for them to check the valves because they have never been checked, the valve cover was NEVER off the bike and to see if they could fix the hard starting problem. Come to pick up the bike and was told the valves were good no adjustment was required and I was told my battery was bad and they installed a new one. Well that never fixed the problem got home and bike wouldn't start again and they are an hour away from me so I gave up on having them try and fix it again. Ended up being the starter bendix I figured out and fixed it and let it go that I got a new battery installed and didn't need it. Well since then I haven't rode much due to me purchasing a side by side. Recently started to ride my bike again and went to install a manual cam chain tensioner and so I'm the second person to ever remove the valve cover and come to find out they strip one of my bolts that hold it on that got into the head. Well I was pretty upset because this bike is in perfect shade and would have never thought a professional shop would strip out your bolt on your bike. Called to see if they could get me a new head for my bike and really got no where was told to Helicoil it . I paid 300 for the original service and battery and now they said well since you spent that we will credit that and pay another 300 for the new head so I would be 600 into this and that's what new head cost so I have to buy the part and they damaged it. Long story short I will never have them do any service on my equipment or recommend there services again it's extremely frustrating to take your bike apart 2 years later and find out they strip my head. I understand it's 2 years after they worked on it but I owned this since new and never had that cover off and I'm the second person to take it off and discover a strip head with a striped bolt. My opinion I feel I should have a new head for there mess up but they don't want to do that. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING THAT A PROFESSIONAL SHOP WOULD DO THIS AND NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM.

UPDATE: The business reply below is not being honest. We confirmed yesterday afternoon (7/8/26) the…read morelocation, availability, and price in writing of the unit in question. We arrived this morning before they opened. We were not told that the unit was located somewhere else and more expensive than quoted until we had completed all the necessary paperwork. We were never told that our unit had been sold. This is dishonest and bait and switch tactics without the ability to own mistakes. Beware of spending this kind of money with a company that cannot be honest and transparent. **July 9, 2026** **Mr. Ernie Miller** Owner Miller's Motorsports Dear Mr. Miller, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my organization and I had while attempting to purchase a utility vehicle from Miller's Motorsports. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a frustrating and costly waste of our time. Prior to making the more than two-hour drive to your Uniontown location, we spoke with your salesperson, Jay, who confirmed that the specific model we wanted was available. We also received a written quote detailing the total purchase price and confirmed that we would be traveling to pick up that exact unit. Based on those assurances, we arranged our schedules and made the trip. Upon arriving, we were informed that the vehicle we had confirmed was not even at the Uniontown location. Instead, it was located at another dealership approximately one hour away. As if that inconvenience were not enough, we were then told that if we wanted the unit we had already agreed to purchase, we would have to pay an additional **$1,300** because, according to your staff, they "didn't know accessories had been added." Our only alternatives were to: * Drive another hour to retrieve the vehicle and pay an additional $1,300 beyond the quoted price; or * Purchase a different unit on-site that was approximately $10,000 more expensive. Those were presented as our only options. What was most disappointing was that no one accepted responsibility for the error, apologized in any meaningful way, or attempted to make the situation right. No accommodation, discount, delivery option, or other customer-focused solution was offered. Instead, we were expected to absorb both the inconvenience and the additional cost resulting from mistakes that were entirely outside of our control. Whether this situation resulted from poor communication, inadequate inventory management, or something more concerning, the end result for the customer was the same. It felt very much like a bait-and-switch, even if that was not the intent. At best, it demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. As the Chief Executive Officer of Blackwater Ridge, I understand that mistakes happen in every business. What separates a reputable company from the rest is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, our experience reflected an unwillingness to stand behind the commitments made by your sales staff or to value the customer's time and trust. As a result of this experience, we have no intention of conducting future business with Miller's Motorsports. We also intend to share our experience with others so they can make informed decisions when considering where to purchase their equipment. I hope you will review what occurred, speak with your staff, and evaluate the processes that led to this situation. No customer who receives a written quote, confirms availability, and travels more than two hours should arrive only to be told the product is elsewhere and will cost significantly more than agreed upon. Sincerely, **C. Blake Truman** Chief Executive Officer Cortland Acres Association dba Blackwater Ridge

Also not honoring the price that was agreed on even after putting down a deposit plus securing the financing. Not a reputable company! I read the response from owner of this business. I was required to place a deposit for them to transport the vehicle from OH. I sent them the on 4/23 and secured financing on the 24th. I was informed that the vehicle could not be transported until the 28th or 29th. I stated that I had to be out of town on business and would not be able to pick it up until likely second week of May. I received a text from the sales person stating good news and a picture of some UTV on the 29th (no mention of having to pick up machine before end of May). I responded on the first of May, that if this text was an indication that the unit I had a purchase agreement on has arrived, then I will be in May 12th to pick it up. I had no other correspondence, until salesman called me on May 6th to inform me that will not be willing to honor deal for the vehicle as we had previously agreed upon. The dealership did not follow through on deal we had on this vehicle. My recommendation stands and suggest not to deal with this company

Every tire I ever bought (the 20 years I rode while living in the Burgh) I had mounted there. Every clutch in every bike (over 20 motorcycles) for a couple of decades.. Once again.. I originally left a terrible review, after I got my tires mounted and balanced by them. I saw the receipt that they gave me, and misread it. It appeared that they charged me a $90 fee for tire disposal. Gosh was I mistaken. I am looking at the receipt now, and it was a $10 fee for the tire disposal. The "$90" was just the total of the mount and balance. I was having an awful day and misread the receipt. Wow. I really suck for that, and am embarrassed. These guys got my tires mounted and balanced within a day. Couldn't find anywhere else that could get me in that quickly.
