I went to the Richmond location and got my hair cut and styled by Nana. Nana was extremely…read moreaccommodating and sweet, and she was lovely to talk to while she cut my hair. Not only was she very friendly and put me at ease, I was so pleased with how my hair looked and felt at the end of the session. She asked me all about how I wanted my hair to be and fulfilled everything. Then, after the appointment, Nana reached out to me and let me know that I had left behind my jacket. She went out of her way to make arrangements with me so I could get my jacket back on a day the salon was closed. Overall, Nana was so wonderful and I can't recommend her enough!
